Servis aşırı geç geldi üstelik pek çok çalışan vardı mekanda, bir şişe su için 4 ayrı kişiye seslendik 10 dk sonra geldi, diğer servis hızları da aynı şekilde. Fiyat saçma şekilde pahalı. Testi,çömlek kebabı istedik 3 kişilik 800 tl ama içinde etten ziyede domates ve biber vardı. 3te 1i etti öyle söyleyeyim. Etler sert ve soğuktu. Zaten haşlama eti testide 10 dk domates biberle buluşturmuşlar. Keşke hiç yöresel yemek diye takılmasaydık. Dönerleri gayet lezzetli, kıyma yok, yaprak döner. Bilseydik komple döner yerdik midemiz şenlenirdi. Bir kez daha bu yöreye gelirksek çerkes çorbası ve testi kebabı kesinlikle yemeyiz.

Located adjacent to the historically rich Zerve Museum, nestled under a canopy of shady trees, you'll discover the Zerve Restaurant, a charming hideaway in the heart of Cappadocia.
I had the pleasure of dining at this quaint open-air eatery with a group of 10, and the experience was simply delightful. The rustic setting, brimming with warmth and authenticity, beautifully encapsulates the spirit of the local area.
The Zerve Restaurant boasts a limited yet well-curated menu, focused on traditional Turkish cuisine, notably, various meat-based dishes. While the culinary offerings may seem uncomplicated, they are incredibly flavourful and satisfying, a testament to the saying, "less is more."
As a group, we explored different meat dishes, and every single dish was a hit. Each one was perfectly cooked and embodied an impressive depth of flavor, clearly showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality and taste. Despite its simplicity, the cuisine resonated with everyone in our group, leaving a lasting impression.
Equally memorable was the warm service we received. Accommodating a group of 10 effortlessly, the staff were cordial, attentive, and ensured we had a pleasant experience.
The Zerve Restaurant, in its delightful simplicity and honest flavours, offers a unique and memorable dining experience. It beautifully complements the Zerve Museum visit, bringing history and gastronomy together. This gem in Cappadocia serves not just meals, but heartfelt culinary experiences worth cherishing
