I just wish they put the Cole slaw in a container. By the time I got home to eat the slaw had spilled out all over the chicken and fries. Made them really sauggy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went in with my buddy after a disastrous time at Wendy’s. Much more active and were greeted upon entry. I’m always a fan of the Nibbler’s Meal and we chowed down and left satisfied. Place was pretty clean and staff friendly Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I waited in the drive threw for 15 minutes, then they told me to pull up to the door, the manager finally brought our food to us but was missing a drink and when I asked for it was told, oh well I don’t have it. I said umm okay well I didn’t get it. Then realized there was no plastic wear , no napkins, no sauce , and no ranch for the salads.. everyone was so rude . Will not be returning. Dirty dirty dirty. Family went in to try this place out for the first time while in this state. Dirty dirty dirty. The pic doesn’t shore that much but there’s crumbs everywhere …. Ewww . And it’s only Noon and no more people inside. People dont even greet you here. I guess southern hospitality is just a myth.

Place was clean. Food was ok - was our 1st time & wanted information on the food. Worker just stood there , not answering questions. My sandwich was dry no mayo or type on it. Micheal is the best manager I’ve ever seen. He took our orders and was probably the kindest and most respectful person I’ve ever meet at this Zaxby’s. He is one of the main reasons I’ll be returning back to this Zaxby’s. Treating me like an actual human being speaks volumes! I hope he gets rewarded for his demeanor! He double checked on our food and it was steaming hot and everything was correct. Which is a stretch for Zaxby’s! Awesome experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Never left a review for a fast food restaurant before. But had a wonderful experience at this Zaxbys. Something that’s lacking at many restaurants today, and felt I needed to shout out Caylee. Was very friendly, and efficient. Despite our relatively complicated order, she made sure that everything was correct and read everything back. While being as friendly as can be when most people would just get frustrated given the order. Service was quick and efficient. Was a breath of fresh air receiving positive service in such a negative society. Homegirl need a raise, asap! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
