Edit: See photo; they up-charged me a dollar for half a slice of bacon. I don't really like Zaxby's; they're too expensive & the chicken almost always upsets my stomach. HOWEVER, I just had their house salad with fried chicken & ranch dressing, and it was delicious. I really love the crunchy fried onion bits; so much better than croutons! The weird soggy bread on the side didn't make sense to me, but I fed it to some crows who seemed to enjoy it. I might be changing my opinion of Zaxby's! Thanks for the great salad! Derek is an AWESOME mgr!! He made a very generous offer….. We received the wrong items and immediately when I called him he said, come on by on Saturday and I’ll make it right! Ordered a salad, got home and before even opening it i see three flies trapped inside the container. Before writing this review I also saw another woman in the reviews complaining about a roach on her food! This is the most disgusting thing I have seen from a fast food restaurant. This place needs to be closed down!

Love this location. It's just hidden off 92 so don't miss it! I come here almost once a week for lunch. The drive through is quick and friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. When I stay to enjoy the big, beautiful, clean dining room it's really a treat. One of my favorite fried chicken spots since college, and they're open on Sundays 😜

Order 10 wings with no sauce to go. They buried three wings with sauce underneath the other wings which I couldn’t eat. The way I see it Zaxby’s owes me three wings.

We bought some wings from here and never will try it for sure! They were stale and greasy and we couldn't finish even a single piece. It was a late night order so it may affect but still!!! Not recommended many other option you can have for the same price and far better quality.

The food was and always is reasonably good. The only complaint I have is that the Portunes are greatly lacking. And for some reason, they feel a need to charge extra for a second packet of sauce. This location has improved DRASTICALLY. The wait used to always be very long. Things weren’t super systemized or efficient. The restaurant was short-staffed, so everyone seemed frazzled. NOW though—quick service; great online order/pick-up option; accurate orders, delicious foods (and a good variety of options; and friendly staff. Definitely a win.
