This is more of a comment on the trend of the company than the location, the chicken fingers have become markedly smaller than they used to be. The 3 stars is because one of my chicken fingers was so overcooked it was rubber. The rest of the meal was good. Location was very clean, I like the atmosphere and the decor. Just keep up with what's been under the cooking lights a little better. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Whenever I'm in this part of the country, I stop at Zaxby's. My favorite is their salads 🥗. The ingredients r fresh, and the chicken is juicy and so good. The service, just the folks taking orders, leave so much to be desired. There is rarely any smile, just an emotionless, " welcome to Zaxby's." But we go for the food, not the service. I have always wondered what their customer service training was like. Oh well, next adventure. Zaxby’s is my favorite fast food, and this location never disappoints. I love everything about it. Zax sauce is so delicious. Highly recommend downloading the app for free food basically.

Ordered a salad for delivery. Half way through eating I found a large bird feather in it and got sick. I called they offered me to bring it back for another salad. It took me 3 days to get through to corporate office. I finally had someone call me back and offered me gift certificates. When I told her I was calling the health’s department too she said she had to end the call and refer to corporate department that dealt with legal investigations and asked me to send pictures for them to look at the. They would contact me. It has been almost 3 weeks and still no call. Update: They made a response to my review. I went to the link and filled out their generic form. I’m not sure of the hiring process at this location, but if you’re unmotivated, insufferable, unwilling to learn, don’t appreciate kindness, and overall don’t say hello, thank you, or respond at all when spoken to or asked questions, this is the place for you! I'm sure Zaxby's is franchise just like every other fast food restaurant. It's just hard to believe that the owner of the Tuscaloosa Zaxby cares so little for their business.
