Apologies for the photo! I didn’t think to take a picture until I had already eaten a chicken tender and part of the Texas Toast. I had an amazing experience with this Zaxby’s! The people working the drive through were friendly and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious! The Texas Toast despite it’s slightly burnt appearance was quite buttery, the chicken tenders were juicy and not too crunchy, and the fries were seasoned just the right amount. Amazing. Everytime I have ate here the food is not seasoned or fresh at all, they always forget something or just generally do not have it together. Have to say the food is terrible Everytime we come here food is never fresh. We spend roughly $50 everytime on cold Wings and fries very disappointing. Water down tea Inside is dirty considering it's a new restaurant, trash cans running over, food on the floor and tables are always dirty. If you want fresh hot food I suggest you go somewhere else. Highly recommend not using their mobile app or going through a third party delivery service. They don’t monitor the orders once completed and placed in the lobby and non customers come into the store to steal your food. This has occurred several times and their management and corporate service doesn’t really offer a solution. First and last visit. I ordered a signature chicken sandwich and fried pickles. I was looking forward to try the fried pickles. When I took the box out of the bag, there was grease all on the bottom. When I opened the box, grease was puddled in the box. I had grease all over my hands, and when I looked in the bag to get a napkin, there was grease all inside the bag and the single napkin they gave me was grease soaked. I threw the bag in the floor, and fortunately it hadn't leaked on my car seat. I've never seen anything like it. The signature sandwich was mediocre (not crispy crunchy as they show it). $10 for just the sandwich and pickles! Terrible experience. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

This location is going downhill fast, asked for double fries got coleslaw, no Zaxby's dipping sauce at all and no straws for my drinks...you guys gotta get it together ever since this company discontinued the original club sandwich food hasn't really been good nor quality I also door dash for other people picking up and no one really seems to have a clue.
