We went here to enjoy pho and some iced coffee. The food is average. We ordered the chicken sandwich (banh mi) and the combination pho. We have had better banh mi and pho. The banh mi was super dry. The pho was not as flavorful. I wouldn’t recommend going in there if food is your major concern. Service wise they’re terrible! Our server was rushing us even though it wasn’t as crowded and when we accidentally dropped our tea and asked for replacement, they were very rude! I understand if you don’t want to replace the tea but there is no reason for people to be rude, the same thing can be said politely. Overall, the food is average and terrible service. Not going in there again.

I like coming here on rainy days and after doctor appointments (or both) for a nice bowl of the house pho, a warm cup of tea and sometimes some egg rolls. Parking: Being located in Bella Botega, parking is hardly an issue. I’ve usually been able to park at most 2-3 rows away from the strip where the restaurant is located. Waiting: I usually come by myself or with my wife, but I’ve come here with a party of several people and have only ever needed to wait a few minutes. Most times when I’m by myself I’m seated almost immediately. Decoration, seating and ambiance: I like the informative wall art on the south end of the restaurant and the rest of the art is generally pleasant to look at. Seating is generally fine. The chairs are sturdy and comfortable and the tables have a good heft to them that make it difficult to accidentally tip or knock over. I don’t mind the cafeteria style setup they have but I generally prefer to be seated in a corner or the walls seats and I don’t get that every time, but it’s more based on how many people are there at a given time and they can’t really control that. Food: As mentioned before, I usually get the house pho and egg rolls with a warm tea. The tea is nice, fairly standard with what you would get in most Vietnamese places. It’s great for a rainy day of which there are many here. The egg rolls are great! Perfectly crispy outside with a bit of flakiness and the filling doesn’t fall apart on you when you bite into it. The accompanying sauce is also nice to have and adds a much appreciated sweet note. On occasion I mix it up but most of the time I end up getting the House Yummy Pho. You get ample amounts of toppings and the meats are good, with the tendon and rare meat being the highlights of the protein. I’ll usually push the tendon towards the bottom of the bowl and save it for last so the tendon has had some time to soak in some of the fantastic broth. Pair it with a bit of basil and any onion you have left and it’s a lovely little flavor bomb. I also add sriracha (or whatever equivalent is at the table) and hoisin sauce but the soup is pretty great alone as well. For tripe I typically pair it with some additional broth in the spoon and bean sprouts for additional texture. This bowl of pho is a huge comfort food for me and it’s always a great day to have it. Service: Prompt and courteous. The staff do their best and I appreciate it. I tend to be quiet when I’m by myself so I appreciate the brevity and kindness the staff offer when I come in, which I’m sure they recognize me by now haha. Overall, this is a chill spot with good food and is easy to get to. It’s near a few other amenities so it’s a nice place to eat at before errands or seeing a movie. Definitely will continue coming back as long as I’m in the area! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
TL;DR: overpriced when you consider the ingredients used. Flavor is all there but ingredient quality is lacking. Parking: ample parking in a large shared lot. Atmosphere: cafeteria-like feel with echoey surroundings. Kid Friendly: high chair, disposable cup with straw, plastic soup spoon, no plastic bowls--ceramic so be careful of bowl tossers. Menu: no photos and minimal descriptions. The title of the dish tells you what you are ordering but doesn't get into specifics. For example, "vegetable pho" doesn't indicate what veggies you will be getting. Service: wait to be seated, order at the table, you will be watered, go up to pay at the counter you've finished dining, take our boxes available upon request at the counter. Grilled Pork and Egg Roll Vermicelli: the pork had a nice flavor and the amount of basil was generous. The only thing I wish they had was romaine lettuce instead of shredded ice berg lettuce. The bowl itself was on the higher price end compared to other places and I think that the quality of ingredients should be reflected in that price. $18.00 could have gotten me a better bowl elsewhere. Veggie Fried Rice: the menu does not give you a description. When I ordered this dish, I was expecting more than just tofu, frozen peas and squared carrots. The price is obscene when you consider the quality of the ingredients used. The flavor wasn't too terrible but this dish should not cost $17.00. Everyone’s got their #1 pho and bahn mi spot. This is mine. Try the lemongrass pork and garlic chicken wings—they’re superior. {Revised 9/17/23} Food quality is above par—but it’s difficult to rate this because, let’s be honest, it’s hard to mess up pho—but the thing that separates Yummy Pho from the competition is environment and service. On top of quality they manage to keep the service quick and clean. There’s TONS of seating, so no need to worry about rush hour, and parking is almost always easy. Four stars because takeout is not their strong suit. If you’re not there to get it right away it’ll probably be like warm by the time you get home. Takeout pho isn’t exactly anyone’s strong suit, but if you’re going to eat here, then eat here. Revision: their garlic chicken has gone downhill, unfortunately. Still overall the best on the Eastside, but not getting better. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Not a fan of $20 (after taxes) for pho/vermcilli bowls . For the price point, you can get other food and better service. Service is both slow and non existent. Parking is in a shared lot with the theater/hospital. tldr: not recommended. go to ID Service Dine in Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I enjoyed my visit here. Found it by coincidence close to my stay. Ordered the salad roll with shrimp and pho with soft tendon. Rich broth and original taste. I‘ll definitely come here again next time. 4/5 stars due to improvable service. Typical asian restaurant. Not to customer-centric. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
Great little gem in this retail area. Food was great. A bit pricey for the offerings but most likely because of the area. Pho broth was good. Place was busy with a waiting line so that’s a great problem to have. I’ll def be back when I’m in the area. I am not a picky eater and I eat a large variety of food from different cultures. I've had Pho from many places and I was very surprised to see that the broth here was too SWEET. There's too much sugar in the broth which made it inedible. Not to mention how expensive it is for a dish that missed the mark by a mile.
