Excellent Chinese food and nice fish n chips. Menu photos are as of 2/9/23. Good value for money. Not somewhere you go for the atmosphere but that's not important! We love the food. I only have 3 over all stars because handles of the tongs at the smorgas board are in the food. The whole tong. I just hope someone washed their hands out of the toilet before the next guy had some noodles. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went here at about 2 pm last Sunday and ordered a sweet and sour chicken. When I got home to eat it the chicken had a weird taste — like the sweet and sour had been mixed with a lemon or honey sauce. After four pieces I thought it best not to have anymore. Later that night I was vomiting. My guess is they recooked the smorgasbord’s leftover lemon/honey chicken from the night before but just added some sweet and sour sauce. Eww.

I found the smorgasbord food tasty & well presented & reasonably priced. Hamburgers were very tasty! Fried fish is nice as it depends what you order or what’s on special. Prefer to shop there than anywhere else in Waitara

Recently bought from this place and was highly disappointed! Everything was far too greasy and the curry roll had no flavour , it was filled with gluggy rice ,no meat and a tiny piece of cabbage and the pastry was disgusting! I dont like bagging on local places but come on pick up the standard please.
