A mutton lover’s dream. Super fresh. Never frozen. Not gamey. It comes in many forms: grilled, stir-fried with various vegetables, with ginger on the side, over rice, with noodles, in hot pot, and more. They serve all parts of the animal too. Personally, I like it stir-fried the most. Tastes like stir-fried beef back in the U.S. Very clean and modern inside too. Zero English.

好久沒來岡山吃羊肉爐 不知道價位是不是算偏高,但覺得很好吃~ 價目表在牆上,畫單在紙上,要相互對照稍嫌不便。 ➡️熱炒類有許多選擇,小中大三種size可選, 二人吃點小份即可唷~ 今天點白片羊肉小份200元 份量如圖👇 店家有詢問是要瘦肉/五花/一半瘦一半肥 選了一半瘦一半肥~ 瘦肉很像火鍋肉片,肥肉就有濃濃的羊脂味!(很❤️) 建議點五花 兩種口感都有也有羊味~ 看評論好像羊內臟和沙茶羊肉也很好吃, 等待下次再點😍 ➡️帶皮羊肉火鍋小份500 沒有提供其他鍋類配料單點或是冰箱拿取, 鍋內沒有火鍋料,單純有帶皮羊肉、高麗菜、凍豆腐、蔥和一點點芹菜。 湯底的羊腥味很淡(剛開始喝甚至有點像牛肉湯,越煮才有羊味慢慢釋放), 比起以前油膩羊肉爐的印象不一樣, 喝起來很甜不油膩,整體非常好喝, 還可以請店家加湯~ (店家每個店員跟老闆都很客氣唷!) 帶皮羊肉的部分我個人覺得偏油,同行者覺得不會, 鍋底也有瘦肉,同行者覺得正常發揮不會過柴~ 另外我們大概14:00多到,吃到14:50左右 店家沒有來提醒或趕人,很感謝🙏🏻 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes 帶皮羊肉火鍋 小
