So yummy and plenty of non dairy options! I got the mango slush with green tea and boba, and it was so delicious. The inside is super cute, and they also have froyo, snacks, and dinner foods. The man working there was super nice, it's family owned! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Snowy

Still great since 2017 when we discovered this place. And can I take about their Garlic noodles???!!! 😋😋😋😋 this is where we go when we have our cravings instead of driving to San Jose. Plus the owners are still friendly and sweet they still remember our orders even though we haven't been here in ages so thank you!!!
Local, delicious, consistent! My kids would choose this place over any other boba places. Garlic noodles are excellent.

Ya-Ua is my number 1 boba tea shop. Boba is awesome and there are reasonable prices. Owner is very nice and if I had to go to one boba shop, I would definitely go here.

Ya-Ua is my go to boba place in Belmont. Really, I mean this place is just great. They have everything you want; a cute atmosphere, pastries, tasty fro-yo, awesome milk teas and great customer service. The bubble teas here are quite good and they do no skimp on the boba. Their frozen yogurt is surprisingly good and they have tons of toppings to pile on there. Even flavors like salted caramel corn are absolutely delicious. Honestly I haven't tried their red velvet cupcakes or green tea waffles yet. If their other stuff is any indication, I will love them when I try them though.
Making my first visit, I tried their Salted Caramel Milk tea. It was deliciously caramel, but lacked the salted taste I was looking for when ordering this drink. It's a cute little place located in the strip and it was easy parking. On top of the boba tea, there was also frozen yogurt. I think next time I stop by, I will have to get some to try.

The best boba tea in the area, huge variety and reasonable prices. We've tried lots of flavors, the only one I would not recommend was apple bubble tea. Few of our favorites: honeydew milk, strawberry mojito, macha green tea snowy, kiwi mango tea, and strawberry mango milk tea.
