I was by myself on an e-bike, thirsty, tired, and hungry when I paused to check out this place. They were very friendly and spoke English, so I tried it. I explained that I was a vegetarian, and they offered me a meal consisting of soup, pumpkin curry, a generous amount of rice, fried vegetables, a salad, a dish made with local leaves, onions and spices. It took a little time to prepare, but I was content to rest and enjoy a conversation with the gardener (They do grow their own organic vegetables and offer free tours). He was very nice and we had a lengthy conversation on a variety of subjects. He also gave me some of the local history, which I was familiar with, but many tourists don't know about. I had said "no salad" as I am wary of food which isn't cooked, but I tried the salad and the strange leaf dish. Soup, vegetable, pumpkin curry, salad were all very delicious...and I was given a bonus bowl of soup, plus a huge, cold bottle of water. (I must admit that the "sour" leaf dish was too strong and exotic for my tastes.) I think they under-charged me- 2000 kyats, which is ridiculously cheap for such a great meal. I think I will go back there for dinner! Next time, I will take a photo of the food.

Good, organic, local-traditional,reasonably clean food, quite friendly family-style restaurant. Vegetables just picked up from their own home farm. But no air-con or fan or anything fancy. Informative; can ask them information about the place. Welcomed very warmly but do not misunderstand as interfering personal space but rather friendly and caring approach. Overall, great and satisfying.
Pretty solid place. Go for the Myanmar dish, and if you want to keep it safe (no meat) ask for a veggie dish. It will have some okra, eggplant, carrots, etc. Delicious curry.

Very cool resturant, cheap and yammy. Mainly serve Myanmar food, I personally love the soup noodles, will definitely go again if I stay longer in Bagan. The owner started the restaurant 2 years ago, he used to be a tour guide and knew much about Bagan. He even suggested us to go to his village nearby(Because we are a bit tired of Pagoda). He constantly checked on us if the food was alright and talked to us with great interests. Plus he has a dog that was very active and running around asking for affection, haha, must go.

Stumbled across this little place whilst scooting round the temples of Bagan. They grow all fruit and vegetables on the property and all food is prepared fresh. We had the vegetable fried rice and the tea leaf salad, with fresh coconut water and fresh watermelon juice. Delicious and cheaper than most places in Bagan

Took my first ebike trip to Ya-ti's. Warmest welcome. Had pineapple juice with vermicelli and vegetables and complimentary soup. So delicious I couldn't finish it.

Go to this restaurant if you want the best Myanmar local food and best tea leaf salad! Really enjoyed my food and conversation with the owner of this place. Highly recommended!
Visited this place twice whilst in Bagan.....what a find! Really friendly, family- run restaurant with fabulous, freshly cooked food. Highly recommend it.
Great and light food, not crazy sweet drinks, super nice family owned restaurant. Worth a visit!
