One chef, one wait staff, ten paying customers and multiple possible combinations of courses. They got it right each time and could still converse with us. Perfect ten for service! It just couldn’t get any better. Constantly anticipated our needs without having to ask. Practically everything was refillable except for the mains.
After eating the mains, we were shifted to another dining area for desserts and coffee/ tea, so we could take our time. They even checked if any one of us had a birthday this month, brought a small cake out and printed the picture they took for us.
This meal cost us NT$3970 (SGD$170) with taxes. It could easily set us back at least double or triple the price back home, especially for such choice cuts.
The only thing I wished they could have improved their desserts because the citrus parfait had a medicinal aftertaste. However, that in no way diminished my impression of the whole meal. Even a simple gesture like opening wet wipes for everyone when we finished our meal was totally unexpected and went above and beyond.

It’s a grand experience, and whilst its expensive for teppanyaki, it is a worthwhile investment for the experience and the quality of the food.
It is a factory… you are seated at the time of your booking and then as you finish the hot dishes, you are moved off the grill area to tables at the side for dessert and final drink. We spent less than 1 hour grillside.
The food was excellent with - as many other reviewers have noted - the duck the standout dish.

Modern tappenyaki with a nice atmosphere. You should (have to?) make reservations as you are seated with other people (approx 10) with one chef. The photo below is one area of the restaurant with 3 "tables". We got the 3 beef styles and duck for 2 people. About NT3000 plus additional 10% service fee. Includes, which you choose, bread, small appetizer, soup, salad, main, dessert and drink (served at the same time as dessert unless otherwise requested). All great and the chef will explain some parts of the meal. Reason for 4 stars is we were there before and the duck had been better. Also our mango/strawberry smoothies had chunks of ice in them.
We had lunch here today.
I can't show the presentable dish on the plate because as people went there for the meal while the chef was cooking so if everyone saw my post i hope you all understand
Disappointed for what we had today.
It wasn’t as good as smooth as we had before. Chef fished cooking and left quietly;waiter didn’t know how to take order for a big party.
We just happened to find this place and so happy we took a chance! First, they were very concerned about checking temps and giving us hand sanitizer. We were seated at a large table but not close to others. Good job at management! We chose the set dinners with a wonderful mushroom salad, tomato soup, seafood soup. Iberico pork, prawn and scallop appetizers, coffee and milk tea, and desserts. The presentations were awesome and the food itself was even better! Thank you to chef Tracy!!! Also, service was excellent!
Excellent service and food! They treat you as a royal just like with all the other Wangpin restaurants. On your bday, they treat you to some delicious cheesecake, and it’s a big piece too, which is so generous.
Been here b4, really nice food and service. Definitely recommend.
