Gunther and the Wurstwagen food truck have been part of Port Elizabeth's history for about 30 years. The freshly made quality German footlong, kasegriller and other snacks are a treat at the Sardinia Bay beach on most weekends. Cooldrinks, crisps and juices are available as well as Doggie bowl of water for pets after a long walk on one of the Eastern Capes most beautiful beaches.
Sardinia Bay just wouldn't be the same without the Wurstwagen.

To be found in most weather, in the parking area at Sardinia Bay Beach, just at the foot of the big dune.
This is a Port Elizabeth icon, and he has the best German food.
Expect proper mustard, and bratwurst, cheesegrillers, good coffee, croquets and much more.
He has seating, and there is something for everyone. Delicious.
