We ordered today. Sandwiches were empty, fries were nearly burnt, and it took a lot of time to receive the order. All 6 sandwiches and fries were a disappointment.
Disappointing Experience at wooden bakery Broumana
My recent visit to Wodden Bakery left me thoroughly disappointed. I visited the bakery with the specific intention of ordering their Kafta with cheese dish, as it had caught my attention. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a frustrating ordeal due to the inconsistent information provided by the staff.
When we approached the baker to inquire about the dish, we were directed to ask the cashier. We wished to confirm the availability of the dish before proceeding with our order, in order to avoid any confusion or inconvenience. The baker assured us that it was indeed on the menu.
However, to our dismay, when we went to the cashier and inquired about the Kafta with cheese, the baker was consulted once again, only to respond in a rude and dismissive manner. It became evident that the dish was not available, despite the baker's previous affirmation. This inconsistency and lack of communication among the staff members caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
In addition, it is disheartening to observe that a section of the bakery's wooden infrastructure appeared to be in a state of disrepair, further giving a sense of neglect to the overall atmosphere.
Based on my experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to Wooden Bakery Broumana. The lack of coordination among staff, coupled with the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the baker, has left a lasting negative impression. I would advise the management to address these issues to ensure a more pleasant experience for future patrons.

Quality has went down for good to below fair.. they are using low quality ingredients, not the best we tried. Though staff are very welcoming and accommodating to the client's special requests
Decent bakery with a wide variety of bread products. Although it has become increasingly hard to get pita bread here... Their cakes are still decent tho and the charcuterie available is probably the best in Broummana. Pastries are nice too!
This is by far the dirtiest bakery i have ever been to! The floors dirty and stained. The toilet is even dirtier and so smelly you cant even use it to wash your hands!
Plus the man2ouche came barely warm and not fresh, as if reheated.
And the electricity was gone for more then an hour even after we left! How can we make sure that the cheese and charcuterie stay fresh?!
Although the staff try to be as helpful as they can but this place is terrible.
This place has been disappointing on two occassions. The first time we ordered 4 of the 5 orders were placed incorrectly. Whats worse, is the second time we ordered turkey/cheese and the cheese was sent moldy.
