I'm not sure what happened today, 3/4/24, but I had the worst experience today. I walk in and there's only 3 customers inside the restaurant. The place was practically empty. I went up to the register, and the young woman had an attitude on her. I ordered a 10 piece boneless combo. The fries were cold, and the wings didn't taste fresh. It was like the wings were sitting out for a while. I told the cashier, and she had an attitude again. I'm not paying for cold and old food. I want fresh, hot food. I ordered a couple days ago, first off they forget to put sauce on my wings! I still ate it as I already had to wait 20 mins for my food (all while the restaurant was empty) and didn’t want to wait another 20 just to have it fixed. Fries were good, and the chicken, was good still since it was like fried chicken but it gave me a stomach ache. The management at this place is horrible they have a bunch of teenagers that don't care about anything. The food at this place is usually ok, even though the fries look like scraps, they're never longer than 1/4in. But my order yesterday was ridiculous, I found a hex nut in my fries. It's a good thing I was eating the fry scraps with my hands and not a spoon. I've noticed that a lot of restaurants in Baytown have issues, they should get better management. This place is horrible in customer service they have a bunch of little girls there that really don't want to work and the way they talked to the customer is insane we would never order or eat from this place. You deserve a zero stars and this place need to be shut down immediately!

Every time we order from this restaurant location in Baytown and have it delivered the order is always missing items ordered. This time the fries had ZERO seasoning at all and seasoning was selected for all! This store needs a manager that cares and checks orders before they are bagged for delivery! Disgusting. Got home and my wings hardly had sauce, the fries were soaked in grease with a bad smell! Wasn’t able to eat any of them, waste of money! I’m so pissed how nasty and expensive our food was. This location needs to be closed down! 146 is the better one in Baytown!!!!

Horrible online order experience! DO NOT ORDER ON APP OR ONLINE OR IN PERSON! My $100 order placed on the app was never delivered. It showed completed I contacted the store at least 5 times and no issue was resolved. Only for the manager say 2 hours later they refunded it instead of remaking the order that our family was waiting for some type of response. Horrible customer service care. Never again! Service: 1
