Cooks at this restaurant do their best to provide visitors with good boneless wings, chicken wings and parmo. You will be offered good beer. My husband was craving some wings so we stopped and got some for takeout. We ordered the boneless wings combo (20 wings and large fries). We had 10 garlic Parmesan and 10 mild. We had had wingstop before so we didn’t check the bags. When we got home, we noticed the fries were almost burnt (they looked more like scrapes) and the mild wings were extremely crunchy (as if they were almost burnt as well). The food we got here was phenomenal. We ate the two chicken sandwich meal (2 sandwiches, 2 dips, large fry and 2 refillable drinks) that was $17 after tax. The sandwiches were hot, flavorful, crispy chicken and premium buns. The fries were handcut and fresh. The ranch is a homemade style ranch, not a nasty pre-packaged ranch with weird flavor. Everything about the food was great. Here’s what gives this place problems: management. The employees were overwhelmed and exhausted by the job, and we ate here at 4 PM on a Saturday. There were 3 people working, 2 in the kitchen and 1 rover between the register and kitchen. They had trouble with the menu on the register and had trouble filling orders quickly because of the volume. No one was available to clean the eat-in tables, but the place still wasn’t too untidy. Wingstop needs to put better management in place here to help with staffing and workflow. Honestly, Undercover Boss needs to come help the employees. Worst wings I have ever had. Lemon pepper dry run had some type of liquid sauce on them? Ordered well done and they were not crispy. Oh, did I mention that they gave us 16 wings when I paid for 20 and no celery, that I also paid for. Fries were cold and soggy. I will not eat here again until they get different staff. This place used to be good, not sure what happened. Food: 1 Service: 2

Cannot tell you how completely wonderful our first visit was! Rhonda is an absolute gem! Ordering is easy; service is quick and friendly! Great portion sizes, I am stuffed! Staff is rude. Nobody greets me or says a word when I come in to grab my to-go order and lets me sit at the front waiting for 10+ minutes while they all chat about who’s working tomorrow.. meanwhile another customer walks in and is immediately greeted and handed her food, THEN they decide to help me after. Probably would do them some good to chat about more important matters like what dentist can fix all of their snaggleteeth but that’s just my opinion. Came here on March 22nd, (Keyon) the manager was super helpful! He took my order quickly, helped me fill out the survey to get free wings and fries. Some lady came in and was disrespectful to him and he took it very professional and nicer than I would have. I would recommend coming to this WingStop over any other one. They care about the customers and aren’t just after your money. The wait might take a little while but it’s totally worth it! I also got more food than I ordered, for free. Usually the food is pretty good and juicy but tonight’s service was trash. Was delivered food that was ice cold, had clearly been sitting out for a long time. And everything was squished together in one container as if they didn’t have enough containers to properly put food in(The food was actually delivered pretty quick from when we ordered) The wings were hard and inedible and we were given something that was sitting out for far too long. On top of the wings not being edible we were shorted FIVE WINGS from our family pack of 24. FIVE. Food: 1 Service: 1

This is my second time ordering food from this wing stop location and I had a bad experience the first time, but decided to give it another chance. I won’t do that again. Both times the online ordering system was messed up, this trip they didn’t get my order at all. Showed proof of the order and they made my food. Fries where stale and you could tell they had been sitting out so they were not fresh at all. Coke freestyle machine was out of everything except sugar free drinks. Drink station was filthy. Very sticky and trash all over. Customer service is just ok, but there definitely needs to be some training on infection control. Saw an employee that was preparing food not wearing gloves, scratching her head and I was immediately grossed out. Definitely will not return to this location. The food here is always good, but the customer service is always questionable. I placed an online order and got an estimated pickup time of 3 to 8 minutes, which I thought was probably being pretty optimistic. 37 minutes later, my food is finally ready. No apologies from the staff. Maybe there is just something wrong with the software that they used to estimate pickup times, because there were also 8 other people there standing and waiting to receive their food.
