DO NOT COME HERE. I repeat, DO NOT COME HERE. Especially if you come when Brook or Alexis or whatever her name is is the manager on duty. The workers on her shift don’t care. My food was not cooked properly, my fries were soggy like they had a wet blanket on top. The chicken smelled horrible like it was a dead bird. And then when I asked for a refund, was told that the manager had to do it because it was an online order. The store manager needs to hire better workers. I knew something was a problem when the cashier was on the phone with a customer who didn’t get their delivery. It was just a bad day overall. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place will try to kill you through food poisoning because they sure tried it tonight, but God blocked it.

Every time we come here, the food is perfect. The manager with the braids, (ANTHONY!!) HES THE BEST!! has run a consistently excellent restaurant. We usually call in food to go, and these guys ALWAYS get it right! Complicated orders, extra sauces, and perfectly cooked chicken. Love it when he's working. Thank you! Your hard work is noticed and appreciated. We will return!
UPDATE: WENT AGAIN ON A FRIDAY NIGHT! ! Food was super awesome!! (By the way, they were slammed) Guess who was working???? Anthony! Again, the food was great!! I expect nothing less from this dude! Excellent job again, thank you again!!

I have yet to walk in here and see good management/ customer service.. it’s always terrible. The food also takes them 3 years to make.
I don’t think I’ve ever been to a wingstop with more than a 3 star rating because they are always terrible. Honestly not sure why it’s so hard for the owner to find a good general manager/ employees.

I’ve visited this location several times now. Truthfully it’s hit or miss. I’ve had visits where the service is great, the food is hot, it comes out on time, and the order is correct. Then I’ve had others where you barely get spoken to, the food takes forever, and the order is wrong. There’s always new faces when I visit here so I understand the challenges. I’m not giving up on this place hoping they can get some consistency.

Alexis at the front counter has great customer service. She let my 7 year old son taste test a couple of the flavors to see if they were to spicy. The wings are always good with they're amazing ranch dressing 😋!

Food safety needs to check this place out. I watched a cook cough all over the food. And then he looked at me to see if I noticed.
2 people with long hair that do not have their hair pulled back or wrapped.
No one is wearing gloves.
Food all over the floor.
Not to mention they got my order wrong twice in one visit. I have been here for a total of 60 minutes.

Not cheap wings, but ok to try. The staff was sweet and helpful - 1st time ordering at WingStop. I had a combo of 10 wings, french fries, a sauce, and a drink. The wings were well coated in sauce, the french fries are super hot, and the Ranch sauce very tasty. Sweet tea is super sweet, not used to that, so I had to dilute it with a sugarless one. Overall, great experience.

Came in today. There was 1 guy working and the short white manager I have read about. The guy cooking was not wearing gloves and kept wiping his hands on his pants. I ordered online and my order was still about a 15 minute wait after the time I was told it would be ready. There was a cooked order for dine in I assume just sitting out. I watched the manager dump the fries that were sitting on the counter cooked back in the oil to fry.. so now my wings are done cooking THEN they go to cook my fries... So now my wings are cold. The manager hands me my order and reads what I ordered I said no it should be blah blah and 2 bleu cheeses. She said with an attitude that's what I said. 🤨 so I was like ok can I have my cup and I left. Sure ENOUGH I get home and there is ranch instead of bleu cheese. 😒. I will stick to the reviews and not visit this location in the future.

This was the worst experience EVER. Waited 40 minutes after I placed my order online 15 min prior. The manager and front counter worker were arguing about job roles. The cooks in the back were on their phone, touching screens/faces with the SAME GLOVES used to cook the food. The whole atmosphere was awful. So unsatisfied and truly disgusting.

This place is a disaster. Time & time again I try to give it another chance. This time I was sitting & waiting for about 20 mins. The cashier let me know that my order didn’t print because they had changed the paper, which I understand that it is a mistake but the fact that I was sitting there with nothing for awhile while they were doing whatever is so crazy to me. I won’t be coming back to this wingstop again.
