Thank you WingStop for having Desiree as your customer service specialist. I wasn’t happy with my order, she took the time to listen to what I wanted and she corrected it with a smile. That’s what customer service is about. The below picture is the remake and it was hot and fresh. As soon as we walked in the lady taking our order up front was immediately in a bad mood. I told her what I wanted and she told me what the meal came with and then I proceeded to ask her I wanted a large drink please and she said large ranch I said yes please but could I also get a large Drink? She just completely ignored me and was just rude for no reason. I walked in with my boss and when she ignored me about my large drink, I looked back and he laughed and she said oh I guess it’s funny huh. It’s funny that a grown woman had a terrible attitude from the get go, we were not the only ones displeased with her either because the woman who came in after us gave the lady taking our order a piece of her mind. The Food was mid, The Flavor of the wings I ordered was Hawaiian and the sauce was good but the wings were not really warm. I did not even eat my fries because I did not want to stay there very long because of how uncomfortable I was and how displeased with the service I was. Wingstop Tupelo I hope to see more positivity and better energy from the staff in there because being a good person takes zero effort. Until Wingstop gets better staff, I do not for-see myself eating there again. The environment felt homey , I was checked on while eating , the food was amazing & upon leaving my car wouldn’t crank and the shift leader Desiree helped me! Blessing in disguise ! If I could leave no stars I sure would. The wings were raw. All of them absolutely RAW. First time In a long time since we have eaten here. Definitely will not be back. We took them back to the restaurant. The manager Ann snatched the food and said "we cook everything to time". Refuse to take any accountability, or fix the problem. If ANN is who manages this place, i wouldn't drink a fountain drink from here if my life depended on it. Worst experience I've ever had.
