I got my meal all of the fries were delicious maybe a bit not seasoned. I was so excited to eat my BONE LESS wings but when I opened the tray I was in for a rude awakening. I saw not 1 not 10 but 0 boneless wings. I didn’t sign up for the messy hands the none flavor. Our go to favorite restaurant after hockey games for the last 4 years is losing its luster. The fries are awesome and the ranch is probably the best we’ve ever tasted. The boneless wings were tasty even though when we ordered our standard 15 wing combo with two flavors they now want to charge us for some of them plain. I was informed it’s only a $1 because plain is a flavor. Which makes no sense when if I had chosen Honey bbq they would have actually added a flavor. This may seem trivial but well like I said we’ve come here 4 plus years and have ordered the exact same thing. Lastly the buns were horrible tonight. They looked fresh and well buttered but they were dry to the point where we didn’t even bother eating them. I’d say we’ve only experienced sub-par food during our last few visits. We will be back but will probably seek out a new post game treat. Update: we went back on a Saturday (12/15/2018) afternoon and it was much improved. It still doesn’t make up for the previous visit but it was better and I like to be as honest as possible.

This place has consistently been taking longer and longer for orders to get processed. Even on a week day it’s an hour for a 10 wing combo… I got a door dash order I placed over an hour ago and it’s still not ready. Just heard from my dasher someone stole my order ?? Bought a meal for two last night, ordered lemon pepper and Louisiana rub but there so barely any seasoning on the chicken it tasted like plain chicken plus the dinner made me and my family very sick, don’t know if chicken was just old or not cook throughly. Been going to this place for like 8 years and this is the first time this happened. I’m scared to return because food poisoning scares me.

My chicken sandwich was good, little one got 6 plain wings, but the fries had sugar on them, I will not ever order fries from here. If u like sugar on a potato then by all means get them but I don't like sugar on a French fry. I placed an order on September 11th, 2023 for a 10 piece traditional combo with fries and a drink and had it delivered. Upon opening it, I received a 6 piece combo with no drink and just celery. I called the day of for either a refund or compensation and they said it would be 24-48 hours for a refund; it’s been 2 weeks. I went in-store today after exactly 2 weeks and they said they would call after 3pm. It’s almost 11pm and I want a refund and compensation as I am a frequent and loyal customer. This location must have been recently purchased by new ownership because the quality and service is now terrible. Ordered for delivery when it finally arrived the food was cold and the order was incomplete. When I called they told me to come pick up the missing items and a credit would be issued. Usually have a good experience this time I did not . My fries were cold and I asked for light seasoning on the fries … it was most definitely not light seasoning . There was way to much seasoning on the fries because all what you could taste is the salt it was gross . And I ordered the thigh bites and I was not impressed ! They were small and crunchy . Usually never have any bad expierences with Wingstop but this time was a 👎
