I used to frequently eat here.. today was probably the last.. ordered extra seasoning on the fries, received none at all.. ordered 2 honey mustard, gave me both ranch... I ordered 10 Louisiana rub, 5 hot, and 5 garlic parmesan.... the 10 I'm assuming we're supposed to be Louisiana rub had nothing on them.. then they gave me 3 hot, and 7 garlic parmesan? I showed up 10 minutes early to pick my order up, it was already complete, and all of it was ice cold. Yall are slacking hardddd. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

when we ordered they told us 15 minutes but it was more like 30 which was fine but our fries were cold somehow even though they had just made the food and they forgot to make a chicken sandwich. I went in and politely told one of the workers who went back to make it, this was nice except he had red sauce all over his hands and used those same hands to put the buns in the warmer which is gross in my opinion and on top of that when we got home, the sandwich buns were burned. Tiny place so not much atmosphere. Service is down because of the time it takes to get your order. Good things come to those who wait I guess. ORDER ahead on the app and you'll be fine. The food is always great. This place is usually pretty busy, especially on the weekends. So if you’re someone who doesn’t want to wait at all, order pretty far ahead. The people who work here are always so friendly and willing to take extra miles to help, even when they are slammed and all hands on deck. I don’t know if Musafa (don’t know if i’m spelling that correctly at all-sorry) is a manager at this location, but his character and dedication to his customer service is admirable. He’s always got a smile on his face and always has something funny or kind to say to customers. He also demonstrates a big hustle energy that seems to trickle through the rest of the staff while still being respectful and kind. I am always eager to order from here (almost every weekend) 10/10 love the food but also because I know i’ll always have a pleasant experience with Musafa and the rest of the staff.
