I regret to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your establishment. The staff appeared disinterested and failed to exhibit a genuine commitment to their duties. Furthermore, the milkshake we ordered was notably subpar, resembling a concoction made with water rather than the expected quality. Thanks to Thembile she's the best, she gave my daughter and I the best service ever at wimpy mtuba yesterday. She is kind and friendly, and she is a knowledgeable stuff member about the product they serve, my 2 year old daughter liked her so much she gave her R1 as a tip and they were happy together.
