Do not leave without trying good tapas and nicely cooked focaccia. Being at this place, eat tasty che. You will be offered delicious wine or good craft beer. Fantastic food, we chose the things which had the most Maltese ingredients and were very pleased. Good quality local beer, excellent wine by the glass including a Maltese option, and they were happy for us to dine with our toddler. Awesome place to grab a few glasses of wine in a relaxed atmosphere. We had a chance to talk with the owner for a while and he’s really great. As we are not from the area he was very insightful on helping us understand the local culture and things around Malta. We really valued that conversation. Great guy. Hope to come back soon! Spent the bulk of the day walking throughout Valletta and wanted a nice glass of wine and people watch while my feet got a rest. Found Why Not and said, why not? It was a good choice. They have over 40 different wines to choose from and a varied menu. Since I was only one person most of the stuff was too much food outside of the tapas. Either way, had a delicious Nebbiolo and entertained myself as people walked by. Simple, straightforward and good. Swing by if you want to take a load off your feet, have a good glass of wine and people watch! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Nice selection of beers, cocktails, overall cool place. There is also food, although I didn't try it. However, the bathroom is not on the best state, there is a kind of gross smell reeking (I am sure you can imagine what that could be..). Lovely bar just outside the busy areas of valetta. Had a few lovely local wines sat outside. Food looked early good as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stumbled upon this place by accident. After sitting down for a quick drink while we planned where to go next, we found ourselves there for the rest of the evening enjoying the chilled white wine and Maltese platters! The bar staff are very friendly too. A true gem 💎

Just as lovely as all the reviews say. They don’t do wine tastings, because they don’t have the capacity, but they will let you have a taste of a few things before you order a glass, and they are happy to talk to you about the wines. I was interested in Maltese indigenous grapes, so we focused on this. Their offerings are amazing; you taste lovely representations of both the Maltese white and red. The owner is dedicated to the experience. The vibe is laid back. Will be a favorite stop every time in Malta. Would be a regular if I were a local.

We had amazing food, wine and service on a Monday lunchtime. We received excellent service and followed the recommendation of the owner for wine and food and were not disappointed. He was very attentive, very friendly and is very passionate about this venture (which we hope will be a great success for him). We had a bottle of Italian white (well, maybe more than a bottle!), the Italian tapas board, followed by the chocolate cake, panna cotta and coffees. The BEST coffee we have had during our whole time in Malta! A gem of a find, in our opinion, and we wish we had found it at the start of our holiday, not the end.
