We went today for lunch and got hamburgers and fries and a soft drink. It was good. The fries were hot. I will definitely go back. We went inside and ordered from over the counter. Phenomenal customer service. First time at Whataburger, dined in, lady was super sweet and she was learning the register work. Gave me a bunch of super delicious sauces, and I had never tried their shakes or malts(obviously) I asked a worker what the difference was and she explained and then she brought me two medium sized completely fizz chocolate samples of the malt and shake. Spectacular staff, service, experience, and business. Love this place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I got food poisoning from the #1 burger, nothing special done except mayo no mustard, all the veggies. I got sick less than an hour after eating and that was Saturday evening- it's now MONDAY and I'm still sick as a dog. I'm having to miss work because I can't leave the bathroom. The Dr pepper was nothing but carbonation but I wasn't going through the drive thru again and waiting 30 minutes. I just poured it out. My toddler is also sick from the chicken strip kids meal. First I sit through a 20 minute line I ask if the coupon I had for a free biscuit sandwich would work with a number 25 meal. She said it wouldn’t. So I asked for the 2 sandwiches under the impression the coupon would work for just the sandwiches. Not once was this said “that coupon won’t work with chicken” Told once I got to the drive thru that it won’t work and that I would have to pay for 2 biscuits when I originally just wanted a meal. I left and called back explaining what happened I “cursed” gathering my words and got hung up on. I drove back to the store trying to place my order because I’m starving and told them hey I’m the guy you guys hung up on. If this coupon is no good I have no use for it and put it on the counter and it blew on the ground and they refused service to me saying I threw trash at them. Just a very unprofessional staff and hope it gets looked into on the way these lady’s run things. I have a sick child at my mothers house I’m a single father and trying to get a meal before I pick up my sick baby. THESE PEOPLE ARE BACKWARDS AND IT SHOWS WHEN YOU PULL UP TO A LINE WRAPPED AROUND THE BUILDING. Straight laziness.These “managers” have to be the 2 most unreasonable people I’ve met and it amazes me people find their way into management even in the food industry. Person at window was anything but friendly. We got our food to go, started eating as we pulled onto the creek turnpike. All of our food was room temperature at best. I went thru the drive thru and I was literally the 3rd car in line . The line moved fairly quickly. I ordered 2 meals and 1 drink. I guess I should’ve checked the bag but I was in a hurry to get home after just getting off work and I was tired and hungry it was just after midnight. I drive off and ended up getting home and got the food out and the fries were really cold and old and then realized they gave me someone else’s meal in one of the bags. I’ve tried calling them immediately at least 6 times so far and no one is pick up the phone. I spent over $20 on 2 meals and didn’t even get what I paid for and food was cold. The worst ever. The drive through girl was rude and sounded like she was half as asleep and kept rushing me when I was ordering, I waited like 20 minutes for our food, then they forgot 1 of my drinks, then they forgot 1 of my burgers, had to get back in line, I went home and all of my food was cold literally cold, worst burger place so disappointing, Its not 1 star it's 0 ZERO stars Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We use to love whataburger but have had cold food the last 3 times we’ve visited the BA location. Today they didn’t even have tea but didn’t know until after we ordered. Sadly, this morning was a huge disappointment. They usually have the best and most flavorful breakfast platters around. Everything was cold. The eggs were dry, biscuit was hard as a rock, bacon was like leather and the hashbrowns were soggy. Sad that I spent $9 for that. Step it back up guys!
