I messed up. I got a spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich was small and bland. However, some one I went with ordered too much, so I had a half of a burger. That was great and what I should have ordered in the first place. Lesson learned. Spicy ketchup was pretty good. Best spicy ketchup is still Little Big Burger, but this was solid. Got the new boneless sweet and spicy wings for $8.99 they were straight trash. They were cold like they were not cooked all the way. They forgot to put sauce on all them. P.S. I'm a whataburger lover. But for some reason at this location the food is always hit or miss when it comes to freshness. if I'm stopping by here is cause I'm short on time. So going back in is such a hassle. I will say this the customer service is good. Nice pepole. The food is so good, but it isn't enough to make up for how long it took to receive my order. I placed my order via drive thru and I was third in line. Stopped at this location for breakfast. I was immediately greeted by Sam who was so nice and courteous. My food came out hot and fresh, the biscuits were cooked perfectly. Service was top notch. My name is Rev. Jason L Conner from San Antonio TX. Here at our Convention. And on yesterday I received a burnt chicken. Called talked with manager B. And I didn't get an apology. But he corrected the order. Then arrived on today 10/18/2023. I ordered a strawberry shake. Arrived at 1:25am didn't get my shake, in a nonbusy lane; until 1:30am. The customer service at this location needs to be refreshed! The Mayer asked at the opening of our Convention if; "there's anything we need. While here?". Refresher Courses on Customer Service. I'm from up north and I didn't want to even try fast food while I was in TX but everyone talked about this place so I checked it out. Definitely glad I did. Big delicious burgers. Awesome shakes and dare I say better than Mcdonald's shoestring fries. The best part the spicy ketchup. Great service too. The guy who took my payment and got my order outside was singing and friendly.

Do not go through the drive thru in the rain! A few weeks ago I went through the drive thru and quickly learned that this building has a poor design. The drive thru window awnings do not extend out far enough to provide any protection from the rain. I left with my clothes and interior car soaked and now having issues with my driver's window. I stopped here for a keto treat. When I asked for no bun there was no hesitation… no re-asking the question, no “are you sure” no confusion. Keto diet is common and I know this is to be expected but actually kind of rare I don’t get questions or have to repeat myself. Also the fastest Whataburger I’ve ever been to. On top of it all the cashier was so friendly and courteous. They made me feel welcome and not stupid for not eating bread. I’ll definitely stop here anytime I need a treat in the future. Fast service, taste was top notch and everything was separated for my choosing without me asking. Top notch experience!!! Thank you! Also when I paid a compliment another young man came to the window… it was like they are surprised someone said something nice. Sweet fellas! Treat em well !
