This place is clean and most of the morning staff is very friendly. The young man running the morning shift was a great leader. I listened to him encouraging the team and telling them what a job well done they were doing. I love to see and hear that from a young leader. Will always return when I'm on the side of town. It seems like lunch staff is way more helpful than dinner. Dinner is always very slow. Takes about 30 minutes for an order and then on top of that it’s 75% chance that the order will be wrong. The staff is not even a hint of friendly and seems to only be collecting a paycheck with no sense of actual customer service. The guy taking the orders was literally sitting down on a chair. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. YOU WILL BE WASTING MORE THAN JUST MONEY I PROMISE !! Night crew is rude and ghetto. That’s enough said .! Save your money and go to the Whataburger on I-10 it’s only 20 minutes away, saves you an hour worth of wait time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So this is my 10th time coming here my fiance loves this food. Out of all the times showing up for dinner time. You only have maybe 1 person in a good mood. Maybe cause half of the staff are in their teens not sure. Please put people to work who like their paycheck and giving 100% customer service. Burger are halfway sloppy. Topping aren’t all there. I would have to fix my burger at home. Fries get cold from sitting at the window. Waiting for the customer in front of me to leave. Drinks are not carbonated most of the time. They never put napkins for my order like really. If they mess up they expect us to drive back and waste time and gas. Like we all don’t have a life. 3/11/23:Place is clean, service was quick but they need to work in quality service becuase I had order chicken strips with gravy and the the gravy was spilled all over my food. I told employee to give me another gravy and they replaced it. This place need some training in quality assurance to complete the 5 star level expected from customers. The store is always clean, and the employees are very nice when they take orders. If you get confused on what comes inside a sandwich, the employees will describe them to you. The worst service you can expect from a fast food restaurant . You have to repeat your order like 10 times They always give you the order wrong or something is missing And if something is missing they will have you waiting like 15 minutes like an idiot for their own mistake. Tonight Feb. 16 at 1am. This night crew touched our soul. Order was made to perfection with no mistakes and we had add ons! Whata catch - delicious, Patty melt - FIRE ! Well seasoned and juicy!!! Fries was so fresh!! They did not disappoint!!

This location has had issues for a while. Tonight, it took 10 minutes to receive my order, with multiple people behind me getting their orders way before me. After them asking my name multiple times and me repeating the order over and over.I finally got it and went home. Everything was wrong... wrong burger, wrong drink, and the onion rings were burned, and everything was cold. This was the last straw... never going back!
