Once again, breakfast taquitos made just the way I ordered! The flour tortilla perfectly toasted and sausage, egg, picante filling done just right! Great customer service for being morning business! I didnt even want to give them one star. A dead give away was hardly any cars in drive through. The car ahead of us gave the food back and were complaining. We ordered patty melt that had only bread and meat and no onions, we ordered shake which they didnt give us and a number 1 came without any oinions also. Every sandwhich and fries were cold. I went to the drive thru and I asked for a double meat burger combo #2, and two combos of chicken strips. the girl who was giving me the order forgot one of my drink, then she forgot to give me one of the chicken strips combo box and then to top it off the burger only had one patty. When I told them the mistake on the burger, they gave me the same burger with an extra cold cheese. I had to go speak to the manager for them to remake it..I love Whataburger but I'm never going to this location. I rarely leave reviews, but this is necessary. While Whataburger is usually a go-to fast food choice for me, I advise against visiting at night. 4 months ago I visited and service was great. Today I visited and it was the worse. My daughter asked for a condiment (mayo). Shee has to go stand at the counter which didn't really help to speed up the process for receiving it. I ordered some online fries. Waited maybe 6-10 min. When app said it would take three. Walked up to counter and stood there. I was ignored by a girl who took a phone call and couldn't even acknowledge and say we will be with you in a min. Looked right at what looked like he might've been management but shouldn't be, definitely leading by example. We had direct eye contact three times and yet he never asked if he could help. it's obvious I wouldn't be standing at the counter just because I like it there. After a few more minutes guy from drive thru came around the corner. Walked back and forth once or twice and finally asked if he could help me. He was the more attentive one. Management needs leaders not plants. The lady that helped me four months ago was an older woman. Sometimes management is older because they have more experience and know how to treat a cust with respect. We got home with our order and our BLT sandwich had no bacon in it. Wow! So we called them and they said they could remake it which is great. We spoke to a manager and they said they could not give anything for our troubles except a brownie. The rest of my family are their food while I went to get it replaced. When I got there, there was no apology, or didn’t even offer if we wanted anything else because of the inconvenience. This is the 2nd time an order is messed up when we get home. Everyone should not leave the window without checking every item going forward. We will do the same. Also Management should get some customer service courses possibly as being in business, this is definitely not a way to keep customers. Bad customer service unfortunately. Need retraining. Went thru the drive thru the employees where more happy about someone birthday party then getting my order right the cashier got my drink and in top of that once she went to tried to give me my drink she went 2 times back and forth then she said oh yeah this is the tea drink 🤦🏼‍♀️and went back again to singing and clapping then she came back after the drink and went again to sing 🤦🏼‍♀️ I understand there is a place and time I would of understood if she would of came to the window and said can you please hold on I am doing something instead of ignoring me on the window and if they would of got my order right then that would of been okay plus and on top of that I told them on the intercom where we order “I am allergic to ONIONS 🧅 “and my chili fries was so cold and the fact that I came home and live far from there I stoped there on my way out of work because it was closer to my job my stuff was cold after waiting in line this hole time 😡worst service ever It had never happened until today they are very good at doing everything correct all the time and this one smh 🤦🏼‍♀️ I was trying to eat the chili friend on my way home I was stuck in traffic and said okay let me taste them nope they was cold and ugly sorry for this but had to address it because when I called omg the manager had the nerve to tell me oh it’s because we was singing to a employee okay smh that wasn’t a good excuse or apology sorry once again for the review but had to let you know .
