Much better than the Mont Belvieu store. Burger was good, but the meat is thin. Nice employees, but the floor was really dirty. Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I think her name is Teresa, I lovely woman who works in the morning I believe she took my order and just was so positive and happy. Suggested I get both bacon and sausage on my sandwich and I didn’t even know you could do that! If I could give her alone the five stars I would. The best Whataburger in all the world. What makes it great are the staffs. I can tell that there is a worker that has great experience in Whataburger's functions. My favorite order is Whataburger with extra mayonnaise & cheese, toast the bun. Sometimes I put the burger in the microwave to make the burger feel much more hot & juicy when eating. I am so happy I can order Whataburgers any time of the day(yes, even for breakfast). The food was cooked the way I ordered it, but the service and cleanness was not that great. I waited 3-4 minutes for my order to be taken. The manager passed by and didn't even say a word as to someone would be with me soon. I told the cashier about the issue and said he does that to the employees. I told her I'm a customer, not an employee. She went into the kitchen area and said something to him, and all he could do was roll his eyes. There was a lady there waiting for her food and was not pleased with their service as well. To top it off, there were two booths taken and four that were dirty. How many employees does it take to run a drive thru? This is the second time I've been here and dissatisfied. Customer service just ain't what it used to be. The cashier was unprofessional. I work in customer service, and I know you make sure customers are helped in a timely matter.
