the cashier kept ignoring us when we were trying to order and walking away. he then took my money and then went to cut me a slice and warm it up with his same dirty hands that touched my money. no gloves no washing hands. the atmosphere is ghetto and my pizza tasted like the smell of a bathroom. he messed up and gave me 2 pieces when i payed for one. fries portion was pretty large. overall 1 star experience because it is very dirty. 🤮🤮 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What wonderful surprise to happen upon such awesome Italian food! Dom's Pizza is celebrating their 50th anniversary and I can see why! We went there upon a friend's recommendation to get pizza. After the waitress handed us the menus, pizza was quickly forgotten. I had spaghetti & meatballs with hot freshly baked Italian bread. OMG! I felt like I had died and gone to "Italian food heaven!" If you are looking for excellent, authentic Italian food I highly recommend Dom's Westgate Pizza. This was my first time to visit, but it won't be my last. I called to order a pizza at 6:29, they told me order #18 and it would be ready in 30 min. I came in at 7:07 and they said they never got my order, the owner Dom cursed at the cashier and yelled at him. They end up making me a pizza and give it to me at 7:17… attaching photos of what they gave me. This was my first and last time trying this place. I get it’s the night before thanksgiving so it’s busy and the cashier was more than nice and accommodating, but this isn’t even edible - it’s raw pizza. I’d rather have waited longer for food i can actually eat. Basically just burned $15.

Customer service was not good at all, disappointed because it’s usually better. Very rude front workers, one might’ve been the owner (working with one arm in a sling and didn’t understand a simple “half pepperoni with fries” order, also insisted how he was right after he finally understood the situation.). Upon returning home food was cold and needed to be reheated (only a 5-6 min drive.) This type of situation is all around unacceptable and I hope others do not have to deal with this. Very disappointed. This isn't our normal go-to for pizza, but we have a family member who works nearby and will stop for a pie on the way home. Each time it has been burnt on the bottom. Then the whole pie is very rubbery because of that. The cheese is all hard, slides off, even after it cools a bit. The first couple of times we let it go, but just can't anymore. There is no excuse for that. I understand I am not going to get NY quality pizza here, but come on! Please, you don't need to burn it. We will stick to Salvatore Ruffino's in Allentown. BEWARE: On a previous visit I watched the kitchen staff member use the bathroom and return to the kitchen without washing his hands, so I left without eating! Also, the prices on the menu are not what you are charged!!! 3/02/2024 - I mentioned this because I was being overcharged and the cashier stated, “but all prices are subject to change”. They not only serve pizza they have a full menu with lunch and dinner items. They also do catering and have takeout. Both the food and customer service are excellent 👌👍. The prices are not expensive. UPDATE!!! ( Second review) Look at full picture to see how greasy the napkins are.Ordered bacon pizza and fries. The fries were on the overdone side and the pizza was so greasy that you had to dab with napkins to eat it. I would like to eat my pizza not drink it. Never again!! You also need more than one waitress for lunch she couldn't keep up with the lunchtime pace. (first review)Just ordered a plain pizza. It was decent. It came out fresh and hot. The service was great and will go back again. I can see why they have been there for more than 50 yrs. Highly recommend for a pizzeria style pie and not the cookie cutter chain pizzas.

Doordash a pizza from here. The taste was good. However, that pizza was a mess could have been from. The driver could have been from poor handling at the restaurant. I'm not sure which, however.. My family consistently does pizza Fridays for about the past 20 years now. We have tried countless places. I'll say Westgate's entres are pretty decent. However their pizza is the worst I've ever had. Alot of people love it. I tried to circle back & give it another try. And again it's literally the worst 🍕 I've ever had. Crust taste like cardboard & cheese & sauce have zero taste. I personally will never be getting their pie again. If you enjoy have @ it. But it's a no for me dawg. Meal type Dinner
