I was undergoing chemo and I don't get to eat a lot cuz a lot don't sit on my stomach so I had to taste for Wendy's bad idea I only had Kennedy half dollars to pay for in they would not take them. So I left Wendy's with no food and I had to go to McDonald's. Someone needs to tell the store they need to take US currency no matter what type it is. I will never return to that store ever again and I will tell the story to anyone that will listen. You lost the customer that day Wendy, although your corporation is I consider a good corporation but you have problems. You have management problems. I suffered that day because you wouldn't take US currency. I promise you I will tell anyone that will listen this story and ask him not to frequent that particular story. The food is always hot and really good the service is hit or miss tho. The kid that usually works the first window never speaks. He'll just stare at you and eventually take his hands out of his hoody to get your payment. This place is absolutely trash. I placed an order with Uber eats. Two drivers canceled on me. The third driver goes to pick up the order and they find out the store says they don't have the order and never received it. It's completely a lie. You can't call the store because the store keeps their phone on busy just so they don't have customers or the other food delivery services calling. Complete laziness. I'll never go back to that place and would recommend nobody uses their services anymore.

Not only would it be a good idea to check your bags to make sure that they gave you everything, but also unwrap your sandwich and make sure they prepared it the way you asked for. I am now sitting at home with a burger that I can't eat because I am allergic to tomato, and it is absolutely swimming in ketchup and tomato. Not the first time. I put in a door dash order at 9 50.. they aren't even closing yet and they tried to lie and pretend to my dasher that someone had picked it up already while they were all outside smoking. Door dasher was great, but the management and the staff were rude and didn't even want to do their jobs. It wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't charged already. I happened to stop at this Wendy’s on East Main Street in front of Walmart. First I waited in the line for 20 minutes just to order while workers including the manager ( I didn’t get his name ) were standing there looking at me and my kids like we were annoying them with our presence. We then were able to place our order and the gentleman who took it was rude as Hell . I should have just left then but no I stayed maybe he was having a bad day. It literally took them another 20 minutes to put together our food order. It’s just sad because when you talk to the manager he ( a black guy) just says ok and what do you want me to do( with and eye roll). No apology or sorry we will be right with you or nothing.He clearly as no work ethic and is bringing down the Wendy’s brand. They have forever lost me as a customer!!!!!!! Ordered a burg at the drive thru. It seemed like my presence was very annoying to everyone that worked there. No biggie. But the issue I had was, apparently, their bacon double-stack doesn’t actually contain bacon. Seems like a bit of a misnomer. Will definitely just eat at home with my wife next time I want to feel insulted and not get anything I ask for. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My only complaint is that they don't offer condiments. You dont realize you dont have catsup until you are 5 miles down the road. As much as I'm paying for the food a few packs of catsup is not a lot to ask for. Just ask the customer if they need it. That's called customer service. I ordered chicken nuggets and cheese fries and they gave me a chicken sandwich with regular fries. When I went up, I told them that they gave me the wrong order and the girl told me that I was wrong. I order the same thing every time I go to Wendy's, I know what I ordered. I get the feeling that they just didn't want to fix their mistake.
