We are traveling here for vacation and came here for dinner at 4:50 we went inside and asked to be assisted (they had more than enough workers as someone who has a best friend who worked fast food) two people tried to help us before the manager needed to log in and override, instead he tells us the lobby should be locked and is closed then tells us to leave. Even thought we were already in there???? Then we go through drive through and the lady was nice but they almost had nothing we wanted and I asked for one accommodation (a pumpkin spice frosty with caramel since they do it with their cold brew frosty I didn’t see why not) nope! Not aloud 😒. So we got our food ate it (was filling but wasn’t very good, flavorless, unsalted, and plain out nasty. Don’t waist your time here they close the lobby at 4:53 and then locked the doors so no one else could get in. Quick, speedy service. The lady was friendly and very helpful. The 3 dollar breakfast sandwich and potatoes deal was an excellent value. Not a line at drive-thru which was a plus in I was in a hurry. My only complaint was that egg in the sandwich needed to be slightly more cooked. Was too runny and dribbled down my hand. OverLl, an greet meal. The fish sandwich was good but the Chilli has changed it is not as good as it used to be it has more beans than anything else fry was warm at best lemonade has changed it is so sweet can drink it its a shame Wendy's used to be my favorite place.

I waited in the Drive-Thru for almost 15 minutes being told to "hold on" and there was not a single person there with me. I explained my order four times to the lady who still could not figure out the simplest thing. After almost 20 minutes of wasted time and no food I just drove off. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been at the manager should be fired and every person in here with them. Not one of these people knows how to run a restaurant or do their job and not one of them has been properly trained. The last five times I've come to this place my order was either wrong or my food was cold. I sincerely hope you go out of business running a Restaurant like this. The experience is what it is with the sign being damage from weather issues but I don’t understand how a Branson not even peak season that location is out of Frosty mix and french fries how the hell y’all in business. The lobby is ALWAYS locked. You can't dine in ever. The service isn't good. The food is either wrong or cold or old...I don't know what's up with this location. This review is based on all the bad doordash reviews I get anytime I deliver from this Wendy's location. If I get an order I decline it at this point. This location needs to just shut down. Another time i went there because they forgot chicken fingers in an order...they told me they were out of chicken. So instead of telling me the first time I assume they were just hoping no one would notice....Shut this place down and save your money. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My burger wasn't cooked completely. They were out of ketchup in the self service area. I saw four people asking for the container to be refilled. We waited 8 minutes for someone to come out and refill. If they were too busy they could have easily handed everyone to go packets.
