I had the unfortunate opportunity to have lunch on 2-20 and I have a 30-minute lunch break. I spent 27 of it waiting for food. I work nearby and used to come here multiple times a week, but the quality of service has gone significantly downhill. This place cannot handle more than three orders at a time. I felt bad for the few employees that did decide to work as they have been severely under staffed for months until I saw how rude and unprofessional they were at addressing the issue. I had not been in several months hoping that it had gotten better, and it has not. Most drinks were out of order. Food was sitting due to the huge wait and thus cold for myself and everyone getting theirs, with multiple couples upset and demanding refunds or remakes. I had to shovel my cold and stale food down my throat and was still late to work and didnt have time for a remake. I will not be going back here and will tell everyone to avoid it. If this place cannot maintain employees, they should be closed. I have seen employees come and go like crazy and I can't imagine why. You couldn't pay me $30 an hour for that job. This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I love Wendy’s food but this store has to be horribly managed. The time to wait is always ridiculous. So many times, I pull in and see the line and just leave. I have been patient and waited and multiple times it’s been over 30 minute waits. And it’s no different if you go inside. The one on highway 76 is so much better. Worth the drive. Wish management would figure something out and fix it. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Restaurant is filthy. Drink station is gross. Floors and tables covered with food leftovers from other customers. Staff was very slow and did not care about the Restaurant . Will never go back. Honestly, I've eaten here many times through drive thru and delivery. I've had positive experiences in the past, but lately nearly every ordering experience has been awful. A while back they insisted on running my card twice stating that it didn't work the first swipe - they used my card to pay for two orders. Most recently, I ordered a delivery order through the Wendy's app. My son's juice box was missing, and instead of the Baconator I ordered, there was a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger instead. When you pay for a premium burger and get a deal burger instead, and everything's cold? Disappointed is an understatement. You can do better at McDonald's or Freddy's next door. Drive through; First employee was quite disheveled, and there were flies all around. Second employee, younger woman with blue hair was wildly rude. I politely said “hello, thank you, thank you.” And each of my comments were met with silence and an eye roll at the end as if I were bothering her. I just paid your wage by being a customer; par for the course to be polite, though not at this location. Food was good - fries hot and correctly made. Food: 4 Service: 1

Within 2 hours of eating there I was so sick and stayed that way till the next morning. My hamburger was cold and dehydrated. I was so disappointed. My husband and I had went to Branson for a getaway and I spent 24 hours of it in the motel sick from eating there. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Don't bother. 30 minutes in the drive through and I saw maybe 3 people order. Left and went across the street to mc Donald's and was in and out in less than 2 minutes Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
