Superior hospitality! On a freezing morning they unlocked the doors early just so we could eat our breakfast inside! Warning: I ordered a croissant and it came out square; didn't recognize it as a croissant at first. But it was tasty. They also accommodated my unusual requests with a smile. First off. I love Wendy's. But Enough is Enough! I live close by and they ALWAYS mess up the order. I always check the bag before leaving. This time I forgot to check. Went back, waited a good 15-20min got my replacement. Just to take a first bite of white long hair... Also they already ran out of tomato at 2:50pm. A fair warning would be nice but NO! We ordered their biggy bags. You get a sandwich, chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink for $5-$7 depending on the sandwich. We went through drive thru and ordered our food. The window guy did a great job of taking our order. The cooks did an excellent job of make our food correctly. The lady at the window did a great job of handing us our food and drinks while adding in the sauces we asked for. Overall we were very satisfied with the food and service here. We went through the drive thru three hours before closing time and made the mistake of not checking the bag before we left. The lady at the window was nice, but the burgers were cold, not made as ordered, a whole baconator was left out of our bag, my Summer Strawberry Salad was supposed to come with candied Almonds and vinaigrette dressing, but I got Crispy onions and ranch dressing. Fries are cold and floppy. We waited a long time before our order came out, like it was being made fresh or something, but it most certainly was not. We are NOT happy at all. Want some fast food? Overall if you're searching out a common brand place to eat, this met those expectations. The burgers were a bit too greasy. The meat and cheese were sliding far too much to eat without making a mess. My fries were served almost immediately and were unfortunately cold. I took that as a sign I didn't need them. The facility and restrooms were clean. They should look into some dining room repair/replacement. I noted a few bench seats were horribly torn or otherwise damaged. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I was the only car in line. I order and pull up to the window and pay. I waited there for quite awhile as I would at McDonalds. I thought I was getting a fresh meal but when I finally had gotten it the fruescwere cold and the single wasnt cold but wasn't hot. I will not eat there ever again. What a waste of money. As a fast food worker I understand that being short staffed is a problem. But one thing that ticks me off is the customers. All these reviews that I'm seeing, seriously grow a back bone and stop being so petty. Those workers are doing the best they can to serve you. Everyone that makes a bad review is a coward. Not one table nor counter top was clean. There was Christmas decorations being hung, so the mess of some sort could be explained.. But as for the rest of the lobby, there is no excuse.. How many was on duty last nite? How many could have presented the business as advertised everywhere else? And if the lobby was that bad? What the kitchen fully look like? This is the single most disgusting restaurant I have ever been in. First off, no one was wearing gloves, like DUH. Then there was the floor. It was so gross that your feet stuck when you walk, the tables were disgusting. Food on the floor, ice on the floor. The screen on the soda dispenser had black goo on it. Water was Yellow, THERE WAS A DOG INSIDE, someone had shaved in the bathroom sink. The owner and workers needs to be scolded at how disgraceful this restaurant looks.
