Perfectly cooked chicken sandwiches, hamburgers and salads have a nice taste. A number of people mention that the staff is terrific at this place. In accordance with the guests' opinions, this fast food is well known for its unprofessional service. It's always a good idea to experience something new and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. But Wendy's hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

A week ago

Had a pretty rough experience last time I was there but the manager Jess made up for it big time. Had three staff members drop the ball but Jess intercepted it and ran for the touchdown. Her alone made things right and then some. Moral of the story is give people and places a second chance. Thank you again Jess! Quality is gone downhill. The burger are dry, the French fries are usually over-salty. Everything is more greasy... Let's be real, you know you're not looking for a 3-star Michelin meal when you're going to a fast food joint. As far as this Wendy's goes, it never disappoints. There were a couple cars ahead of us, and we only waited about 2 minutes after ordering to get to the window... which was a wait that the lady at the window felt the need to apologize for... and now I am thinking that some other DTs in town need to take notes from this one if they feel bad for making me wait for that long! ;) Once we got to the window and paid, our food came out very quickly, and she gave us a warning that the fries had just come out of the frier and were hot... which we REALLY appreciated because they were for our 3 year old and she would have burned her mouth if we had just handed her the bag. Our receipt says that the lady who helped us was Kaeli, and I hope that is accurate because she was very kind and we are definitely going to be coming back because of the service we received today! The lady running the drive thru tonight was unbelievably short and honestly just plain rude. Didn’t have the nuggets we ordered after we sat in the drive thru forever. Won’t be going back.

Drive thru staff are usually kind but my partner was cursed at by an employee for wanting to use Apple Pay. Another employee came up to help but after finishing, just shoved my partner’s phone back in our window and slammed the drive thru window shut. Went by to get some baconator fries and some biggie bags. The food was sooo delicious and the manager looked like a model! Bonus! :) thanks crew! Would leave a picture but we devoured it quickly haha Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
