I wanted to go to Wendy’s for breakfast but the reviews were so disgusting I went hungry instead. Keep your attitudes. Fasting a meal never killed anyone. It’s actually good for you now and then. Probably unfairly gave them more points than they deserve, but I didn’t want to take away points just because I didn’t want to deal with their attitudes. I tried to be neutral

Always out of everything at this location. Out of baked potato’s every time I come, and then if you go get a frosty past 10pm even though they close at 12am they “don’t have them”. I work in the service industry and know what it’s like to have to clean a machine, but there’s no rules about when the ice cream machine closes down. If you close at 12am you are supposed to serve until that time. The management here has been horrible and the staff members are beyond rude every visit . We ordered ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwiches and they gave us loaded nacho chicken sandwiches instead. The chicken was rubbery and inedible. Staff was rude at the window and did not talk at all and just gave us our food. Terrible service, not worth the money. Just went through the drive thru for lunch… I did not receive a receipt, the girl at the window just asked me to park and walked away from the window. When she walked up to my car to give us the food she just said “here” and handed it to me. I said thank you she said nothing and walked off. We did not get straws, napkins, or the ranch that my son asked for. Fries were cold. Do better. 😤 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went today and I normally don’t give bad reviews, simply life happens. However today the bottom bun was hard and my double cheeseburger was cold. Then the person had their phone out doing something when I gave them my debit card. Well I called my credit card company so nothing can happen. I am saying someone was stealing but I have had it happened to me from a fast food. It is best to keep your phone put up when working with food and people credit cards. Went to the Northshore location and ordered on the app. When I picked up the food the nuggets were so overcooked they were literally darker then the spicy nuggets. Terrible usually have no issues with this wendys but the frosty tasted spoiled and we ordered a coke and it tasted like straight up vanilla. Tried to call store went straight to voice-mail left a message doubt I will get a response back. Food: 1

Drive through order was wrong and fries were cold. Went I side to get fresh fries just to come out and have to oldest double stack. Meat was very dry, bun was also hard. You can't make this stuff up. Worst $25 meal. Didn't even take a bite of my sandwich. They want $15/hr to do what????? Gonna start packing me some lunch. At least it's fresh. Every other time we have been to this Wendy’s we have either had to deal with people who know nothing about customer service or orders not filled correctly. Pictured are fries in a recent order. Cold, hard and obviously they didn’t care. Nothing like getting home and can’t eat your fries because they’re horrible. Whatever you do, check you bag before you leave.

Worst dining experience ever! The gal at the counter "whispered" when she repeated our order and I had to say "what" to her 3 or 4 times. Was having a quick lunch with the grandkids and our food order came out entirely wrong and we had to eat what we got because we had a movie to get to and it had already taken 20 minutes for the food to come to the table.
