I'm visiting with my family from Ohio and we ran through the drive-thru for a quick lunch before an activity. The service was terrible, they tried to give us a bunch of drinks we didn't order, then they forgot a $2 item from our $57 order and acted like it was a criminal act because I asked for it. After waiting almost 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me on the speaker ( after I said HELLO) not friendly at all, no smile , just felt like I was inconveniencing her. Cups of cheese all over the bottom of the bag over the fry container and nuggets, ruined both kids burgers, one kid doesn't eat anything at all on his burger and yet he had onions, ketchup and pickles?! On a kids meal, that was supposed to be PLAIN HAMBURGER. SO KIDS are hungry still and it's time for bed, just left football practice so no time for anything. I get people are understaffed but that doesn't excuse you from getting orders correct or providing customer service. I didn't mind waiting a few if we needed to but this is it Wendy's, and McDonald's been gone with their fake food... Chic fila ahead of the game now. The drive thru was slow. They were taking one order at a time every 5 minutes. Then I tried to tell them they left orders off and they pretended not to hear me, which was very disrespectful. The wait is very long for lunch & dinner & i try to avoid it at all cost but the breakfast is really good during the weekdays with little to no wait. I mostly do breakfast from here but today my husband wanted chili for lunch so I went inside instead of that very long drive thru line. It wasn't too bad. Brenda served me. She way nice Iesha the employee was holding the line up ordering food and her card declined 2x after she just got paid today. She then said she had cash in the car & went to go get it. The other employee paid for her meal so that she wouldn't hold up the line any longer. I'm glad he did that so that we could order. The dining room wasn't cleaned. They were fixing the ice cream machine unlike McDonald's so that's what bumped it up another star. Food is typically cooked well, however, I have been unable to take advantage of Wendy's Rewards scanning. Having to ask for a paper receipt every time. I would ask you to support the staff better in this regard. Otherwise, the service and attitude is hit-or-miss. Drive-thru processing after 4:00 PM is sluggish. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I wish they would make sure that they are checking, what they are charging you for. But as a consumer, you should always check your bag because there is a lot of communication issues with what was ordered and what you get sometimes, but overall they are cool Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

HORRIBLE! I went at night after getting off work and the line wasnt too long, so I was willing to wait. I didnt know that meant 30mins in the car line at a ‘fast’food restaurant. The lady who took my order was VERY rude. Didn’t even speak when i went to pay and was on her phone. She charged me for the wrong order, double the amount of my order. Then proceeded to act dumb as if she didn’t know how to fix it. I had the whole thing refunded and chose to leave with no food. The drive through wait is consistently painful. I swear it's like they take one order and serve it before taking the next order in line. It's been that way 100% of the time. Good thing is the food is most always good. That's the only reason I'd bother. Two or three months later... Drive through definitely still sucks. I have to mentally prepare myself if it's gonna be worth waiting in line for at least 30 minutes and that's before I even get to order including two or three cars giving up ahead of me. So I went there like Thursday or Friday and paid for my family meal with a $50 and my order was like $39 so the young lady at the window forgot to give me my change so I got home and realized I didn't get my change so i had called up there and the manager said she had the count the draw okay so I called back the manager said yes you are correct what's your name and I'll have the money put up with your name. So I just went up there to place an order and to get money so I tell the young lady at the window about it. She was so loud and ghetto talking about if you didn't get your money back on a Thursday or Friday why wait untill Monday to come get it. First I work long hours....two I don't owe her no explanation of why I didn't come yet to get my money. Two I forgot her name and the manager that came to the window with a blonde wig was like it's early morning so you can pull up and wait until she get in touch with a manager like really what does early morning have to do with it. So I pulled off. I would like corporate number please because if you don't like your job and can't deliver customer service then maybe they need to find somewhere else to go period. Food: 2
