Had little mishap with gravy and biscuits order yesterday, l called soon as we came home talked to Manager Holly, she said you just come back and they would take care of this. So next morning 6:30 am today went back order was perfect, want to give Thanks to Holly for your professionalism and understanding and to Kendall at window. Wish everybody in this world would bring smile the way she does every morning, you may not know but your kindness and politeness goes long way. This place we call home would be much happier if only more was like her and if she only knew how this can affect someone else's day with just simple smile, we sure need more Kendalls in this world. I ordered a biggie bag, the food was cold, except for the fries. The burger was cold and the wrong burger, they replaced it with the correct burger, which was also cold ......the cheese wasn't even melted. Last night I went to the drive thru. They had no chili and wouldn’t get me any water unless I paid $2.38 for a glass of water. Tonight I went there again. I brought my own glass for water and they refused to fill it without charging $2.38. I don’t think this is the kind of service Dave Thomas would have approved of. Although there are 4 stellar employees an older lady an older gentlmen and a younger lady and a younger gentlemen that are nice freindly they conversate and the food is done so fast Everytime at this location 3-430pm the service is horrible i waited at the speaker for about 10 mins when there was nobody in line/ in store workers were very rude and bad service lady would hap hazardly just gave me the bag Food was spilled all in bag fries were cold no salt. The mornings and after 5 seems like different crews and they are phemominal very quick, and respectful. But the mid day is horrible. Some guy talking about his mixtape he made.
