Cooks at this fast food do their best to provide guests with tasty chili. Clients don't highly appreciate flija and lemonade at Wendy's. The patient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. According to the visitors, the main disadvantage of this place is the downscale service. When inside, the atmosphere is charming. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Don't go here, staff is unpleasant, staff will not do the basics of their job, wrong order guaranteed. you could order Medium fries, get charged for large fries, and receive small fries. Whenever an order issue is brought up you are looked at like a deer in headlights and made to feel as if it's your fault that the employees don't care about their job. Don't bother saying please or thank you. You'd have better service at a soup kitchen or with the guys raiding the Dumpsters. *BRING YOUR OWN STRAWS* Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Todays order wrong AGAIN, will not stop there again to allow them 3rd time…Supposed to be Dave’s double, don’t think so, unfortunately had driven 15min when realized…( patty dry tasteless & cold to boot) Better check your order or better yet, stop somewhere else where they can get your order RIGHT… Management better get whatever’s going on here under control or maybe another fast food closure Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Check your order before leaving because they struggle with completing them. Every time I order sweet tea it's Extra sweet. Please don't do this. If it's not to our liking we can use sugar packs. Arguably the worst fast food in Florence. I've tried this location multiple times and it's been awful everytime. I got a chicken wrap and they literally put the hard crusted ends of the tortilla inside the wrap. I bit into and couldn't figure out what was hard in a soft tortilla shell, just awful. The burgers are so dry it's inedible even when I drown it in Ketchup. I don't expect fine dining when I order from a fast food restaurant, but I do expect the food to be at least edible. Slow! Bad communication at drive up. Did not read back order for accuracy. Order was correct on receipt, but wrong in the bag. Who eats a marinade with chicken sandwich. Isn’t it supposed to be chicken with mayo? Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Drove up to drive thru 2117 w. Evans, Florence SC. Waited at drive thru speaker for 10 minutes, finally someone came on and ask if I was paying with cash, I said no, they said we are only taking exact cash at the moment. I ask why they didn't talk to me quicker, I waited 10 minutes and there were no cars in front of my, all the way to the pickup window. They said they were bagging. What? I drove off without ordering and noted only one customer inside and 5 employees. This is the second time some the same thing happened......I promise you, I WILL NOT BE BACK. Service: 1

Where’s my strawberry frosty??? Got chocolate instead. Wasn’t melted at least. Delivery was fast and there order app was Great and easy to use. Got free frosty with order of fries. I honestly don't know how this place is still open. I've attempted to go 4 times in 2024. 1st time - around 5 PM, all emloyees are hanging out at the drive thru ignoring the line of 5+ customers waiting to order. I walkout after 6 or 7 minutes without any employee coming over or acknowledging us 2nd time - around 5:15 PM, again, all employees not paying attention to the inside line, and employee that's getting off tells me she was working the register, but has clocked out and leaving 3rd time - around 5:30 PM amazingly, I was able to order and get food from the nice young gentleman 4th time (tonight) - around 8:45 PM - inside locked, pull to drive thru and wait for 5 minutes... Asking if anyone is working..... Drive off. I've had enough.... Won't be back.

Dining room was closed with no signage on the door and drive through was very slow. Haven't been at this location in a while so don't know if this is a regular occurrence. I wish I could put zero stars. I try to order an item and get told there will be a a 7min wait. So I order a different item when I specifically ask "What does not have a wait?" Guess what... There's still a 10min wait. This is about the 3rd time it's happened. I cannot state strongly enough, do not go to this Wendy's unless you have time to wait for less than mediocre food.
