The kitchen area around 2:00 pm was pretty much filthy on the floor with dropped food . Try to do better if the health department inspector comes unannounced! Just a friendly suggestion …on October 16, 2023

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Consistently the worst service I have ever experienced at any fast food chain. Orders are always incorrect, and if you try to order from Door Dash or Uber Eats they will "lose" your order every.single.time. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just went through today at 700 am for breakfast in the drive through. The hours say open at 630. I stopped at the drive through. No answer. Pulled forward to both windows and saw two workers. One saw us with a mop and turned around. Back door was open. No one ever came to a window to take our order. Dining room was locked before 930am so there was no way to alert a worker. The lights and drive through sign were all on. We ended up leaving with no service or breakfast. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was traveling in the area and stopped for a late dinner with my son. Service was great, food was good and ready fast. Used the drive thru so I can't say anything about the atmosphere of the restaurant. Would definitely stop here again when in this area. We pulled up and ordered our food first off the guy wouldn't even respond to the questions we had about a coffee that was on their website he acted like he didn't hear us so when we pull up we ask if he knew the coffee drink we were talking about still absolutely no answer we watch them make the ice coffee we asked for and proceeded to pour hot drip coffee in to a plastic cup over ice. Not at all how you make that nor did we ask for that. We asked for a mint iced coffee then proceeds to get an attitude when we tell her that isn't what we asked for while is pouring down raining. The lady who I am pretty sure was a manager tells my friend to just leave and we definitely did not until we got what we paid for. Absolutely horrible customer service . If you do not like your job and can't put on a fake smile and be nice to people spending money at the establishment that pays your bills then don't work there. Ordered through doordash, for a bacon cheeseburger bigie bag, recieved two fries, smaller burger than ordered, and got a iced coffee instead of frosty, will not return again Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
