I would like to start off on a good note the staff was very nice through the drive thru. My husband order a deluxe chicken sandwich and there was no tomato a sad piece of soggy lettuce a lite brush of mayo or the sauce that’s one it. My sandwich was a spicy chicken with hardly any mayo and a soggy letttuce. It was tough like it was out too long. Fries are my favorite thing from there and they weren’t very fresh.. this is horrible for paying almost $25 bucks on food that is disappointing. We would have gone back but I’m at home sick and he wasn’t trying to drive all the way back for them to fix something that shouldn’t be an issue in the first place Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Placed a mobile order during lunch break and when I asked for the order I was told the order wasn't made because it is not showing up in their system. I showed the worker my receipt and she said there is nothing she can do and it's not her problem. The worker then tried ignoring my request to take care of the situation and refused to give her name when asked, she is short, overweight and looked to be hispanic. I was able to get the attention of the manager on duty (Logan) and he quickly found that the system had the order, but my name wasn't showing, which is clearly THEIR PROBLEM! One time I came here at around 9 pm, and there was a bunch of rude teenagers working at the drive-thru but that was when their location just opened. Like at least be professional, I wasn't even rude at all and just trying to get some food. Like I know you're almost about to close, but y'all dont have to act like 12 year olds about it. The person taking my order at the cashier gave him cash, as I seen him walk away never wash his hands and immediately grab frozen chicken with no gloves on and then turn around and grab raw bloody beef with bare hands this is unacceptable as I work in the food industry for many years. Also seen management continuously keep walking out front to smoke cigarettes leaving the floor unattended, and not once wash his hands. Someone from the higher ups need to do a surprise visit , cause Heath department will be called. This is unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Lettuce was old. Fries were by far the worst I've ever gotten, and I've gotten a lot of crappie fries in my day . It's like they fried them. Didn't sell them, then refried them. Let them cool down and fried again. Before serving them. First fries where recooked and cold. Gave them back. Just to get same kinda fries, yes, they were hot, tasted like crapp. I can just taste when someone has double fried it. I know cause I'm a chef. I experiment with foods and recipes. My advice. Check your food throughly. If you order here. The staff seemed, like they run loose of supervision. Hate to pile on also. BUT this place is so poorly run, maintained and ignored. Soda machine was a mess. No tops, no napkins. Went to bathroom. No soap no paper towels, trash over full. Main area Floors were a mess at 11:15 AM only one employee seemed to care and was trying to at least clean some tables. Trash in dining area also over full. Even if it was all from the previous night That os NO Excuse. Food was actually OK, not hot but OK. Hope someone who cares takes over and keeps just the one girl that was atleast trying. The food was alright. I noticed there where multiple employees with long hair that where not wearing hair nets while preparing food, the floor was dirty and sticky. I arrived a little after 12 noon and it was very busy. While waiting I noticed the cashier was also serving up the orders for chili. After handling cash transactions, they made a quick turn and immediately picked up the ladle, dished the chili, stepped over and added cheese, then took those dirty hands and cupped the customers container with a lid with fingers touching the rim. All other food handlers were observed wearing gloves. No chili for me!

This was some seriously disgusting food. Every single item we ordered tasted like very old grease. The toppings on the burgers were not only wrong, but they were teeny tiny portions. Like laughably small. Nuggets looked like rats were eating little bits off before being cooked. The fries were 100% inedible and we threw both full orders away. They had that old grease and raw potato taste and were not seasoned at all. I would never step foot in here again.

I order the Cobb salad all the time from various locations. This one had the best. I was happily surprised to see how full it was packed with each ingredient. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5
