In my opinion, Wendy's has the best breakfast sandwich of any chain, but it is very inconsistent. Sometimes, you need to really look for the sauce, and other times, it dips out of the sandwich. Today, we ordered a sausage egg and cheese with extra sauce, and when my wife went to eat it, she got a bacon egg and cheese with no sauce. You should check your sandwich before you leave. It was extremely busy when I went but the crew did really well keeping up with both lobby and drive thru. I only got a chocolate frosty so of course my order was correct. Would come back here again. Was only disappointed that the TV and fake fireplace weren't on. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I wanted cheese and onions on my chili. They charged me and guess what? No cheese & onions. Thieves, thoughtless or doesn’t care for their job? First of all, I Love Wendy's I go there all the time but, on Wednesday 2/7/24 between 12:15 & 12:30 there was a line of 6 people waiting for their order and a mother with 4 kids in front of me waiting to order. I was there about 15min. and the mother was there before me. While I was standing there the machine that spits out the door dash orders was printing about 30 orders none stop. The workers at the front stopped Everything and sorted them out. They started working on them first before us in line. The mom asked when they were going to take her order and the man answered "in about 15mins that they were under staffed". I felt that they should have prioritize the orders with the person in front of them and then one door dash. Myself and two other people walked out. 1/2 hr to be waited on is not acceptable. It’s pretty upsetting when I come here 30 minutes after ordering my meal online, My meal not being done and when it did come out, everything was absolutely cold fries nuggets, burger, and all I complete disappointment. My wife and I were very disappointed with this place. Last night we went to eat supper. My fries would just about warm. I asked for a hamburger and got a cheeseburger. I through that away, her fries were ice cold. What's shouldn't eat much of those? Her hamburger look like it was partly. Raw, wasn't cooked? She also noticed a worker handling a burger patty with bare hands, no gloves, the place was messy trash all over Where the soda machines are. paper and straws where all over the place not picked up. If your a big fan of Wendy's this may not be your stop. Lines are often long and slow. Pretty sure my fries have never been "hot" from this location. Neither has my crispy chicken ever been "crispy". More like steamed to rubber. And that's coming from someone who loves Wendy's. Customer service seems lacking but I'm guessing they are short on employees. Poor management. Not organized. very dirty. More food on the floor than they serv. Out of 3 times going to this location had raw baked potatoes twice. One time waited over 25 minutes in drive thru with only 4 vehicles there Just to order. Had 2 guys going back and fourth between trash and serving food not washing hands or anything No idea why... piss poor management.
