On 8/14/23 My wife brought us a combo meal a piece. I bit into my Burger twice, it was the second bite that I pulled out what I thought was lettuce, instead it was Plastic. I called back that same night, Anthony a manager wasn't concerned about my experience and issues with the plastic, he tried giving me another meal. After I gave him a few words about Customer service and friendliness he told me to come to wendy's the next day and speak with the district manager, and so I went to wendy's spoke with a very good, friendly, helpful, and Professional person who was a Manager "Mrs.Konjeta Cooper" She showed concern, and apologize for the inconvenience. I later received a call from the District manager, Mrs.. Moore she apologized and tried giving me coupons for other restaurants but I said no, because My experience with Wendy's has put fear in me about fast food restaurants. So I'm not eating at anymore fast food restaurants.!! Below are the pics of my food from that night. The plastic has some Mayo on it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wendy’s gives new meaning to fast food… it means SLOW and nobody cares! It’s pathetic how long it takes to get a burger! The staff looks so lifeless and no management on site keeping them on task! Going on 15 minutes to get our food! Pretty sad.

Went through at 12:30pm 1/28 Sunday. Girl taking orders needs a lot of training. She got our order wrong 3 times. Still were given wrong products through the window. Didn’t find out till we were gone. Sheesh. That girl needs to slow down and listen. She seemed so frantic to get to people quickly she missed the whole point of good service. got the chicken combo meal and somehow left with chili, should've checked the bag i guess, no time to drive back though, right now I'm eating my chili, not too bad. unfortunately it costed me $11 so that sucks. The dining room and bathrooms were dirty, tables were not wiped down, the drink station was nasty, the men's bathroom had excessive water on the floor like me the urinal had overflowed. The only thing halfway decent was the food. The ghost pepper chicken was not spicy, nuggets taste like they had been sitting in the heat chute. After a horrible experience at the local 🍔 👑 (y'all don't go there) Wendy's came in as the real King and saved the night! It was busy and one of my burgers was missed but they immediately fix that by getting the burger made and out to me in great time they were also all nice and even though you could tell they've been working hard all day they still put a smile on for their customers. Totally would recommend coming to this Wendy's as I bypass others to come here every time simply because of how wonderful it is Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible service I went to order didn’t even get my order out and she gives me a total I tell her I wasn’t done ordering she tells me to hold on which is fine she was cashing someone out then forgets her mic is still on and is stating I have a attitude when I tell her that her mic is still on she states she’s speaking about a car in front of me which either way isn’t a good look and her attitude was super nasty I go every morning and won’t be going again tiawanna how ever you spell your name do better and if you hate your job that much maybe you should try another job Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
