placed a $40 order through the app 5 minutes before getting to the store. got to the store ans was told my food was already picked up. the manager argued with me that it was already picked up and refused to remake food. manager claims whoever was given my food was able to provide the app, which is false because a phone verification is required to access my app. will nit be returning to this store and will be making a report to corporate. I feel like the staff were having a bad day. The person in front of me received the wrong order. My order was correct but also had hair on the burger. The ice machine wasn't dispensing but the person who gave me my cup didn't let me know. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I know managers these days teach their employees to be preemptive with suggestive dialgue but really they should be taught to be more conversational and allow for natural pauses and to allow the customer to speak. Also, pay attention to what the customer is saying. If I say that's it. Don't ask me 3 more times if I'd like anything else. Don't assume I want BBQ sauce, just ask me IF I don't tell you while I am ordering (99% of the time I will tell you what kind of sauce I want)... these are but subtle difference between a good and a GREAT experience! This location alone should be shut down permanently. Its fast food, why would anyone expect Wendy's to be good? The food was cold and gross. The employees are not responsible for any part of their job because they hire irresponsible children to work there. If you absolutely have to have Wendy's, go to a different location. FYI this Wendy's is absolutely marvelous i am a Wendy's patron of many cities and many states . And I definitely say the folks here are absolutely polite and helpful and the food is always fresh and hott and now that I am a senior they give me my fre senior coffee anytime . Also this Wendy's is clean and has a pretty mellow vibe as it goes . The Friday night crew and the weekday morning crews are great for sure these are the basic times I visit this Wendy's and it comes highly recommended when in downtown Pueblo thanks for your hospitality see ya all in the springtime . When I was ordering, the counter employee kept speaking over me; finishing, or trying to finish my custom burger order. It's condescending and rude. I kept him from visiting his hovering girlfriend.
