It's time to relax and eat nicely cooked chili burgers, chili dogs and cheese fries. Nothing can be better than trying good pancakes. Guests visit this restaurant to drink delicious root beer. The enjoyable service is always a pleasure. But Ward's Restaurant is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I had not eaten here in years. They are famous for their chili and chili dogs. I was very disappointed. The chili dog was OK but not as good as I remember. But the chili was full - absolutely full - grease. I spent several minutes getting the grease out with my spoon and putting it on my chili lids. It congealed quickly. This was the worst experience EVER!!!!! First off there was a pick-up truck pulling a boat in drive up!!!! It took 20 minutes just to get to the intercom, finally placed my order sat another 15-20 minutes just to get to the window for them to tell me the just found out there were out of corndogs!!!!!! I was so upset!!!! I canceled my order and went else where!!!!! If I could give them a zero I would!!!!!!! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Best Chilli burger you will ever eat. Here I am here in Florida and I seen this place ... OMG.....My mouth is full of water right now. Just at the sight of it .....I can just get Taste it.....yummy for your tummy 🤪🤗🤤 ALL OF THE TIME....and they have the greatest Root beer Floats ever...God how I miss this place I love it.💃💯🤌🤤👍👍👍🍔#1. Update: 4/22/23 I decided to stop by to get a chicken strip basket. The below picture is what I was surprised to find I paid $15 for. NEVER AGAIN!!! Popeye's and Raisin' Cane's don't even charge that much for 4 or 5 piece meals!!! Rediculous on so many levels!!! Customer service is excellent how ever, I fail to see how the health department gave this facility an A rating. Bugs in light fixtures in kitchen area visible from the service counter, air vents and air return vents caked in dust. For folks with bad to severe allergies it would not be a suitable place to dine in. As for food, I got the quarter combo with spicey fries and sweet tea. Spicy fries were good and the sweet tea would be pretty close to the top of my list for good sweet tea. The quarter pounder left some to be desired as the hamburg pattie on my burger was for the budget burger and they were very stingy condiments with the exception of pickles this visit. They folks of this particular diner need to go to the Wards location in Prentiss, MS. It is by far the best Wards I've been to in a 100 mile radius!!! Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I went through the drive through. They weren't friendly or fast. Then when I got my food, supposed to be chili cheese dog without onion, it had o onion as well a a ton of mustard. I couldn't even eat it. It also took like 10 minutes and there was no one in line in front of me.
