Quite disappointing, to be honest. Hard to believe this is a renowned establishment in Hualien.
The waiting time was extensive, and the management seemed rather haphazard. Upon being led to the second floor, we found it half-empty, making us question the long wait downstairs. No staff escorted us upstairs, nor were we greeted upon arrival.
Ordering was done via QR code scanning, but even after ordering, the food took ages to arrive. When we inquired, we were told payment was needed first. Why not include this in the mobile process? Upon complaining, we were blamed for not reading the table instructions, which were poorly visible due to colour matching with the table.
If you're expecting the quality of a Chun Shui Tang, I'd recommend visiting their outlets in other cities instead. A rather self-important establishment that falls short on service.

Nice place to chill out. The milk tea is nice and smooth, and you can adjust the sugar levels of the various drinks there. The food is quite nice, especially the har kau, fried squid balls, fried bean curb with prawn. Price is quite reasonable.

I saw a lot of reviews while looking for bubble tea on hualien, so I decided to check out this place!
Decoration of the tea store is very nice and i really love it!
I tried the bubble green milk tea large for $112 (not sure). It is ok, nothing special, the bubble is hard and chewy 🥲
Food is also just ok, I tried chicken and dumplings!
Good service and very delicious food. Not expensive prices. Recommend if you're around here. Atmosphere make me feel peaceful. Mushroom with set was very yummy.

Liu sha bao ("lava" bun) is dry and there's barely any filling. Tonkatsu (pork cutlet) is like sawdust+plywood. Unagi rice bowl is ok, but nothing to write home about. Drinks are forgettable too. The meal is bad, but lol the service is worse.
1) Food took a long time to come, 2) when it finally came it is the wrong order, 3) staff seemed impatient with the customers and seem to not communicate with each other.
Interior is nice, but that's about it. Many more cafés in hualien that are aesthetically just as nice and with much better food and service

Its delicious, the tea is also taste awesome! I love it. The place is also good, with family, friend, or even alone. The service is okay, its just if u r on the second floor, you have to go to first floor to order.
Modern-Antique vibes with interior koi fish ponds.
Hotpot, rice bento, available. Good tea options.
The spicy sauce fried chicken was delicious. The teriyaki pork cutlet sauce was a little bit strange unlike normal teriyaki sauce. Otherwise food was not bad. Rice bento set comes with a egg-seaweed soup and a little side dish.

Ordered beef hotpot, and the bubble tea gets a TWD $50 discount. Halfway through eating our hotpot soup gets too thick as it has been boiling for quite a long time, but we were able to top up hot water to our soup (complimentary). We also ordered Lu Rou Fan (braised pork rice) which comes with tofu , half an egg , and cold green tea for TWD $80. I love that the place is very spacious and we can eat slowly without feeling pressurised to leave. Overall for the ambience, food quantity and food quality , it’s really worth it! We spent TWD $443 for 2 pax.
