Allie was absolutely awesome in helping me get the right fit on my new glasses. Go see her at Walmart vision center on South range line in Joplin for all your vision center needs! Great customer service.

First time I've been in any Wal-Mart in almost 5 years. I only went to get an item I had ordered online and my order was canceled due to some technical issues on the website. If I could have waited for this item I would have purchased it elsewhere. The only reason I am rating this 3 stars is because Daniel at the front of the store assisted me with self checkout. I asked him for assistance because I have disabilities that limit my lifting and range of motion. I attempted to tip Daniel, but he politely declined and informed me that store policy does not allow gratuities. Daniel deserves 5 stars and acknowledgement for going above and beyond his job responsibilities! *It's important to note there are other employees named Daniel at this location.
We were traveling and got a room in Joplin for the night. Stopped at Walmart before going to the hotel. Had to hit the restroom first thing because we had been driving for hours. I was surprised how CLEAN the men’s room was! The entire store was pretty dang clean and well stocked.

I was in Walmart just a little while ago. I have never felt so low and disrespected in my life as the kid in the electronics department made me feel. I felt like a huge clown just for trying to get him to do his job by helping me find a certain item. I mean I love Walmart and go there almost everyday. But because I left Walmart tonight in tears, I will not be going back to that location that's to that kid!! He says that he goes to Webb City high School!!

While it's definitely the biggest and best stocked Walmart around, the employees follow you while shopping! However the employees went above and beyond to find my lost phone. Thanks guys

Worse experience. Self checkout printer wasn't printing receipts got stopped for my case of water. Lady had me standing there for over 10 minutes just for another lady to finally tell me I could leave. Now come on I would of had my receipt if your systems was working. I will never return to this walmart again.

Good store, stocks all my essentials. Fun seasonal products on display up front. Plenty of parking. Middle of shopping plaza.
The Service Desk crew knew exactly what to do and trained a new member while I was there. I love proactive training. Learning as the need arises makes for a better team dynamic down the line.

Cheap prices, but in a lot of cases, you get what you pay for. Cheap stuff. Not happy that Walmart ended being open 24 hours. As a second shift worker, being able to do my shopping at 1 or 2am was ideal. Now it's a lot more difficult to shop. The self checkout is another point of contention. Cashier jobs were eliminated that retired seniors and high school students needed. I had the pleasure of meeting Sam Walton on several occasions. Nicest old man you'd ever want to meet. I truly believe he'd be ashamed of what his company has turned into.

This is the worst walmart. They flat-out accused me of stealing! But when they checked the video (in front of everyone, right?) Oops, all items listed and accounted for, no theft, no oversights, no mistakes ..No apologies as well, just turned and walked away looking embarrassed, lost and stupid. they force you to check out all your items by yourself, and instead of paying employees to check out customers (avoiding theft) they just watch you intimately. Walmart and their employees constitute about 7% of the entire welfare pay out of the United States. My case is blatant discrimination.
