The people that work pick up are always super nice but they need to seriously limit the amount of people they allow to choose a time slot in the app. Sitting and waiting for your order for over an hour is ridiculous. I get staffing can be an issue, I truly understand, but for the love of all that is holy , then stop booking so many people. Also, good luck finding a parking space for pick up. Difficult navigating around the people who just park in the designated spots to congregate and hang out like it's a social gathering.

Poor customer service in the sporting goods department. Going through the half way deflated basketballs and was told not to bounce any of them in the store 🤦🏽‍♀️ by an employee covered in mud/grease and not in uniform. Crazy-the way he came out of the blue covered in filth saying “can we not bounce the balls” I thought I was going to be on YouTube.

I was there the other day and they had no carts inside. It's like they never got anyone to bring them in knowing that like me, most people get them when they come in. I was disappointed and decided not to do my shopping there that day. Mechanicsburg Walmart is way better and bigger!

Self checkout makes for quick visits. Sometimes, the self checkouts are not open. Pricing doesn't always match. I will update this later with pictures that can help to illustrate this better. Some items have one price advertised or displayed on the shelf, then a higher price when you check out. Seems deceptive, but it could be price changes that they didn't get around updating physically. The Greeters are always friendly. Most employees are super helpful. There was even a manager who worked with me when I returned a dysfunctional air conditioner. They seemed to have recently picked up a batch of new grocery carts. If you have shopped there in the past, I'm sure you've experienced the locked wheel or hard pull to the left or right. Thank you for the new carts.

One of the bad experiences I have had in Walmart related to discrimination. The lady at the pos was very rude , store is clean , well stocked but I would not recommend to any outside town people to come here. A lady at pos mentioned “ I used to ask people to get chicken and leave the town - vote for red”.

I give it 3 plus stars under the fact that I like to just be in an out of a store so I utilize self check out, but when I am walking around the store and I need assistance. Most of the people walking around in blue Walmart vests either don't speak English or look at you like you're see thru and it's annoying to say the least. Mostly in their body language you can see their annoyed by you asking them to help you by doing their job. Smh

Did a pickup order at this location. Took them over 30 minutes to bring stuff out to my car after checking in. Judging by the number of empty spots here I wouldn’t even say they’re busy. Just typical Walmart sucking as always. Would’ve been faster to just go in and get it myself or better yet shop somewhere else.

was being watched by some weird people. and they all were suspicious. all looked somewhat alike and had empty shopping carts or carts w a few things in or nothing at all, would start coming closer to me. very weird. one was talking on a earpiece in diff language .

Service deteriorating quickly. Local children have NO HOME Training Can not count change and Young service manager(disabled ) at U scan is accusatory and RUDE to my elderly, Disabled mother in a riding buggy Consistently. I came back from Ft. George G. Meade as a volunteer Home Town Recruiter. Everyone in Carlisle, Including the powers that feel entitled to Eminent DOMAIN And Devine Providence, Need the Return of the DRAFT And basic training Sensitivity Training And need to read up on the PATRIOT Act & The Klan act, And End The Sundown Town Laws
