If I could give zero stars I would. They just did not make my daughter’s birthday cake. They had the order for over a week, I confirmed in person on Friday, arrived to pickup Sunday morning and there is no cake. No phone call that they were short staffed, they didn’t even know. To add insult, I received a call at 1pm Sunday asking if I wanted to move my order to another store, 3 hours after the confirmed pickup time. THEN a text on Monday that my cake is ready. Do not trust this team with your event. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had grinch cupcakes and a cake made. They came out absolutely perfect. The older lady and the gentlemen that came to help me did an awesome job. Great customer service and very helpful. Thank you for making an outstanding grinch cake for my daughter's birthday. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
