Freddie is an awesome manager. I stopped by for a cup of coffee to go and he blessed me by giving me a large cup to go. The cook and Freddie are really friendly employees. Great customer service. Service Take out Meal type Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm coming here pretty much every single week, sometimes multiple times a day and it's not just because of the amazing food but because of the sweet and kind waitress Claire, she makes the whole experience a lot better for me and my family, her smile and joy brings happiness and makes the whole dining experience simply amazing. I would have given this place 5 stars but unfortunately Claire wasn't in, which sucks a bit since she's pretty much the reason me and my family enjoy dining here. She is truly amazing, and Waffle House wouldn't be as nice without her, plus she's amazing with our kids, very friendly and sweet. The girl with the red hair should not work in there nor the white dude that cooks I placed a order at 11:00 and I’ve waited there since 12:15 this is ridiculous I would prefer to go to the one in Hillcrest cause it is way better

This place was so nasty. There was no place to sit that didnt have dirty dishes and food still there because the waitress didnt clean them off the tables and wipe them them down. I saw her clean two tables off only because people came in to eat and she had to clean but there was still 7 other places that never got cleaned the whole time we were there. But she would go grab her tips off the tables but not clean them. We wont ever go back there. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My waitress Sylvia was terrible. She did not give good customer service. She was not attentive at all and didn't have a good attitude. I would have been better off serving myself. There was another waitress there her name started with an "F" ( she was brown skin and heavy set) it seemed like she was giving her friend/family discounts or free food. Then my waitress Sylvia left mid shift to go pick up another coworker. Another worker came over and assisted me. Her name was TC and she was really nice and upbeat. The cook Pam did an awesome job with my food and even came by check on me. However, the staff was using two of the waffle machines and the waffle machines were dirty. Although they were dirty, they staff continued to cook waffles in them. I'm giving them a 2 Star because me food was good and the workers TC and Pam were nice.

No Chili available for hashbrowns, no attempt to get any either. Settled for breakfast without it. Not what I wanted, but hey, new way of doing business. Consumer is last to be content.

Fred is the man! He was literally the only employee there and he was killing it, talking to customers, cooking, cashing out, etc. Got us our food quickly and absolutely killed it all around! I hope next time we go Fred is there!
