We last visited here 4 years ago it was a horrible visit then. Now, this place is amazing. Josh, Td, Wendy, and Emily were absolutely amazing to watch in action and worked so smoothly together that none of them had skipped a beat. We were also amazed by the building full of many different nationalities. WE WILL BE BACK SOON! maybe this should be your training opening team.👍👍👍👍👍 Jan 20th, 2024: Josh, the one man machine, did his thing as usual, and Wendy gave us over the top table service. Everything was great, and our glasses never went empty. The right crew can make a world of a difference for a business. Stopped here after a work related meeting. Hadn't had a full meal all day up until then. I got the steak and eggs with hash browns and it hit the spot. Everything was great and everyone was friendly. Real good experience!

Was getting my brakes taken care of across the way. Stepped in for a hot tea and Jessica was very attentive. Funny and didn’t mind holding a conversation to help pass my time. This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen for any Waffle House. I came in sat down for 25 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged me. They then told me I’d have to wait another 35 minutes for the grill to start working. Piss Poor service. 0Stars do not recommend. Employees are so rude here. And the ones who have worked here longer are the worst. I get the exact same thing every single time and they claim to know what that is but they still have never got it right. Waffles are always over cooked, only about 10 chocolate chips on a chocolate chip waffle when I ask for them to be sprinkled all over each waffle. They never give me butter and even fho I tell them I won't need any syrup they still give me some that leaks all over the bag and everything in jt every single time. Amy Woodward is a meth head who works there an always has meth on her personal N sells it in the place....the manager or boss needs to fire her nobody wants a person handling drugs serving there food ..i think if nt happens ill go a step higher she def needs a drug test..
