Taste good bacon and nicely cooked hash browns. Visitors don't highly appreciate egg waffles and coffee at this restaurant. Waffle House is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will definitely enjoy the pretty atmosphere. Somehow placing an order in person is just completely unacceptable. They make you place an order online even when you're right there, in person, and you can just say out loud what you want. Idk why they have to make it so complicated and ridiculous to get some mediocre food. Unfortunately this is the only place open at this hour. Would avoid coming here if I had another choice. Worst waffle house experience I've had. Seemed to have plenty of staff and wasn't too busy compared to what I've seen before. Took almost an hour from when I sat down to have someone come over and ask me what I wanted. Food was horrible. Got the bacon egg and cheese melt. Bacon was bad quality pr something. According to my teenager the atmosphere was amazing. My husband agrees. Food & service was great however there was an Ebenezer working who was not feeling the Christmas spirit. She took the opportunity to bark at everyone working (I think she may have been a manager although that is debatable) She tapped her foot the entire time with her hands placed firmly on her hips aggressively chastising anyone not speedy enough or even a group of customers choosing the wrong seat. I think she was a blazing racist considering it was only the BIPOC she was raging @ & not white staff. She could definitely use some sensitivity training & a swift kick in the ego. She even picked a fight with a girl half her age & body girth. Tea pot tap dancing Tammy might want to look for work elsewhere. I think this is the waffle house from the tiktok brawls btw . Online order only. Got here at 1am, but the employee said he wasn’t going to let anyone in until 2am. Could be staffing but a a sign or something else would be nice.

It's Father's day and this place is busy as well as under staffed but this one young lady stood out She kept a smile on her face regardless of the crowd she made sure me and my son as well as many others where ok great work Destiny a rose is always seen clearly in the weeds keep up the great work. Quality has seriously gone down since the pandemic outbreak has expired. They said that they did not have enough waitresses to staff the whole restaurant. Only enough for 2 booths & after awhile they cook shut down the bar, where I was sitting. There were 2 waitresses & 2 cooks. That seems to be more than enough for the whole restaurant. When I first went in the restaurant had lots of to go orders waiting to be picked up. There were 5 people/couples standing waiting to either be seated or pick up their to go orders. The 2 booths were occupied. There were no signs that said the bar was closed. There were chairs blocking off the left side of the restaurant. I have mobility issues and cannot stand up very long. After 30 minutes, or less, the 2 cooks had everyone's orders cooked & served. The head cook shut down the bar. The waitresses were very nice & as accommodating as the head cook would allow. Based on the head cook's behavior I am giving service a low score. At first the food was good, but I soon started to feel sick & I paid & left. I went outside to the bus stop and threw up.
