The cook is doing an amazing job. 100% killing it, but the waitresses aren’t doing a thing. There are people who have been waiting to order for 20+ minutes. It’s outrageous. One of the waitresses is literally just sitting with her arms holding her head up on the counter just watching customers stand there waiting to order. Not even worried about asking if they want a seat. Tables with dirty dishes not getting cleaned. 1,000,000% awful customer experience. This waitress literally skip over me to take someone else’s order that came in before me. She never did come take my order. I had to move to another waitress area, Ms. Brandy who took great care of me. The other lady seemed to be more concerned with playing music and get other people to clean her area. My favorite breakfast spot is waffle house. I love the consistency and 24 hour service. Thank you Cecilia "C-C" for getting my order right the first time! Great basic breakfast, cooked to order and fast. Always a fun group. Kudos to the entire staff. They have all the guests watching their every move. From ordering food, to cooking and serving. All the prep work is done in front of everyone. Fun atmosphere.... is that at least 200 characters in this review? Usually this Waffle House is really good but tonight they sucked They didn’t tell us it’s gonna be a minute they didn’t ask us if we needed something to drink nothing we sat there for like 20 minutes and and they didn’t even seat us we did and most of the tables where still dirty Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My experience was TERRIBLE. Our waitress Ember was the worst! There were four of us there, and ALL of orders were wrong. She never fixed it, never came back to refill our cups, she left the building and never returned. A guy had to cover for us and fix her mess up but that took over 30 mins. Heather was the rudest person I have experienced I a while. She said we could only eat if it was to go because they didnt have any plates, we said that was ok she said we cant eat inside with togo plates. As you see in the picture plates were over the cooking station. She then said they were out of bacon and sausage trying to get us to leave. The cook immediately went to the other cooler and pulled out a case of each. Said she was just trying to do her job. Raven the other server asked if we wanted to sit down and cleaned the area and said she would wash the dishes her self if she needed to. She was a great server and attitude was amazing. She truly rocked it out and made our night great. After we had our order in Heather then took orders from other customers as they wanted it not forcing them to order togo food. Heather seem to be a manager is the sad part. Waffle house she seriously look into her customer service quality.

Okay so this was easily one of the worst visits I've had in a while. Let me list what all went wrong for you. 1. My friend and I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese. We received two fried eggs with a slice of American cheese on top. Mine eventually got replaced, but my friends did not. 2. I ordered the All Star combo, but I never received my sausage patties or waffle until I mentioned it at the end. The waitress brought my waffle, but did not add the pecans and peanut butter chips I was charged for. I asked her to fix it, so she threw some pecans and peanut butter chips on top of the cooked waffle. She also set my two sausage patties on the waffle. 3. I received zero refills on my water, and I had to go find the waitress to ask for a coffee refill. 4. I ordered the All Star combo and my fiancee ordered a $5 ham sandwich. Our subtotal ended up being $21.80 for a $7.50 meal, a $5 sandwich, and one coffee. 5. My friend (who never actually got his eggs) ordered a T-Bone cooked medium. He received a slice of meat that was approximately 1/8 inch thick and was cooked over well done. Altogether it was an extremely disappointing experience, and based on how poor the service was I recommend avoiding this location and going to the location on Broadway Ave. Photo of my waffle and sausage included.
